The Old Coffee Tavern

入住第一天，一個房間電扇壞了，一個房間燈壞了，當晚換了好幾個房間，入住體驗很差！不過酒店兩位美女認錯態度比較好，第二天換了好房間，平息了我們的怒火。攜程跟進也算及時，退了一晚房費。

Firstly, the staff are delightful and clearly enjoy working here. We had no knowledge of this place. It’s a pub with rooms above and quirky. Room #3 was a complete surprise. Spotless, comfortable bed, large shower, tea making facilities, etc. Breakfast included (welcome surprise) at a sensible time (9am to 10am). We didn’t use the offsite parking but used the convenient car park overnight for £2.20. Thank you. We will, hopefully, be back!

The room was attractive (but smelt unpleasantly of cheese or similar when we arrived) with comfy beds and a nice view of the church. That's the good bit but unfortunately the rest made it too odd to enjoy. It was so strange - like staying in someone's house where they weren't expecting you and didn't want you there! The staff were completely disinterested and unfriendly from start to finish. Breakfast was strange - jars of cornflakes, crunchy nut cornflajes, muesli and croissants on one table with a plastic bottle of milk, plus some bread and a toaster on the bar - noone showed you where anything was, you!had to find where they had balanced bits of breakfast and the one member of staff sat with her back to us. We weren't offered tea or coffee but asked if there was any because we saw empty teapots on another table. Very awkward and uncomfortable. When we checked in, I asked what time checkout was and asked if I could extend it to 12pm. I was told it was 10am but could pay £20 to extend it, which I did. At 11.40am we returned to our room and a member of staff said 'what are you still doing here, check out was at 11am' so I said we had paid £20 to extend it to 12pm. We could not have been made to feel less welcome throughout. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.

Stayed for 4 nights whilst we were @ formula 1 , The staff are all very friendly & nothing is to much trouble, the room was lovely & fresh towels & water every day , the breakfast was Continental weekdays & a full English weekends which were delicious! The pub gets very busy & the food looks good , shout out to the lady who cleans the rooms etc she is a credit to the old coffee tavern such a happy and smiley lady , we will definitely be back ! We always stay a few days in Warwick each year as our 'getaway' but this is the first time staying at The Old Coffee Tavern and Wow! What an amazing place! A good old fashioned pub with beautiful rooms above, all managed brilliantly by Heather and her team. Service is brilliant, warm and friendly and nothing too much trouble - will definitely use this place as our go-to in future! Thank you Heather, Zoe and the lovely lady who keeps everything sparkling clean 🤗

Stayed here for one night and it had everything we needed. Room was lovely and big with a nice en-suite. Great amenities including a mini fridge with water, full size ironing board and iron, fan, great tea and coffee display etc. Continental breakfast had everything we needed, was very yummy and overall the location and building is great so very happy :)

Nice hotel, nice decor, good location but room painyltwork could do with a refresh with cracked and peeling paint. Cooked breakfast is only available at weekends with very limited continental on weekdays. Meals and drinks are slightly overpriced.

Stayed for one night mid-week and would happily recommend this accommodation or stay here again if I find myself in Warwick. Room was extremely roomy and very comfortable. The decor is also much nicer than your usual standard hotel room. I appreciated the complimentary water and biscuits and the room had everything I could need!

We booked a one night stay at The Coffee Tavern and wished we could have stayed another night. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Heather the manager. We were very pleased with our room, which was a small double. . A small fridge was stocked with bottled water, still and sparkling. A good selection of tea, coffee and cookies were also provided. There was also an iron and full sized ironing board tucked away in the wardrobe. The shower room was modern and spotlessly clean with a walk in drench shower and hand held attachment. We ate dinner downstairs in the Tavern. What a great venue with a lovely atmosphere. Heather was on duty and looked after us superbly. We really enjoyed our meal which was served from an open kitchen, good to watch the chefs at work. After a very good night's sleep we had breakfast which was included in the price of the room. At the weekend they serve continental and cooked. My husband raved about the full English he had. The Coffee was great too. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Warwick.
