Luxury Waves Home ist eine tolle Lage mit kostenfreiem Shuttle (10 Minuten) zum Riyuan Streifen. Das Zimmer war neu und sehr sauber mit einem Bad zu entspannen. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Shenzhou Railway Station is approximately 17km away by road. Seeing Wanning's sights from this hotel is easy with Helmsman Surfing (Riyue Bay Branch), Wild UTV Off-Road Adventure Base and Riyue Bay Haimen Tourism Area all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Wanning hotel provides parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier absolut geliebt! Ich wurde auf einen wunderschönen super großen Raum über den Poolgarten angepasst! Es hatte wirklich alles, und ich meine alles. Ein großes komfortables Bett, eine Couch mit Projektor und TV (ich habe es auch nicht benutzt, aber sie waren da), ein Kühlschrank mit Wasserflaschen und eine Tonne Ausstattung (auch Mundwasch - größere Hotelketten bieten nicht einmal das). Die Dusche und das WC sind getrennt, also keine nasse Etage. Sehr schöner Balkon. Es gab keinen Rauch, was auch immer und Rauchen ist in allen Zimmern verboten.
Das ganze Team war super schön! Es gibt einen Shuttle zum Strand, das ist wirklich günstig (Sie können sie bis 10 Uhr berichten und sie kommen Sie holen). Eleneven ging mir einige Lebensmitteloptionen im Dorf zeigen und später holte mich von dort. Danke Alan! Es gab auch ein leckeres Frühstück. Und der Pool ist perfekt für einen schnellen Schwimmen :) Das ganze Vibe des Hauses war schön und ich würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

The hotel was very nice and staff very friendly They upgraded my room upon arrival. Breakfast was great. There was 2-3 restaurants in the resort area to choose from and food was good, plus served nicely. However hotel was a little far from beach and other services, around 4-5km. And no good public pool for swimming either.

Besonders die Hygiene ist sehr gut gemacht, die Bettwaren sind sehr zufrieden und sauber und komfortabel. Die Tür öffnet sich sofort, um die Landschaft des Sees zu sehen, die Berge in der Entfernung, ist die Art, wo man nicht gehen kann, sitzen außerhalb des Hauses und bleiben lange. Das Frühstück ist lecker, die speziell vorbereiteten Bacon-Süßigkeiten sind auf dem Brot gebacken und lecker. Zusammenfassend ist es sehr gut, ich werde hier auch Urlaub machen. Darüber hinaus ist der Service sehr gut.

Haustierfreundlich, für Haustiere wird eine Reinigungsgebühr von 100 RMB pro Nacht erhoben.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und der Designstil ist sehr schön.
Obwohl ich wegen der Schönheit ein Zimmer am Pool gebucht habe und nicht weiß, wie man im Wasser schwimmt, ist der Pool wirklich sauber und das Personal reinigt ihn jeden Tag.
Die Frühstücksbrötchen sind köstlich und auch das Begrüßungsobst und die gute Nachtmilch sind sehr rücksichtsvoll.
Auch der Butlerservice ist sehr gut~
Das B&B liegt ganz in der Nähe des internationalen Zollfreihafens Wangfujing und wir haben hier an beiden Tagen zu Abend gegessen.
Außerhalb der Straße vom B&B gibt es einen Kokosnussverkäufer, der 10 Yuan kostet!
Rund um das B&B gibt es Felder. Die Drohnenaufnahmen waren sehr schön und ich habe sogar Kühe grasen sehen!

My experience, especially during the latter part of my stay, exceeded all expectations and deserves recognition.
From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.

AARC5555The stay at the 4points by Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula was very enjoyable. From Sanya Airport we took the HSR to Shenzhou station and ordered a Didi there to take us to the hotel (~20min). Apparently there is also an Airport shuttle service by the hotel but to my knowledge it isnt free and only goes 2 times a day. Anyways, once there, the check in was quick and convenient. The walk to the room at the east end was quite long (big hotel). The room was quite big, clean and had all necessary equipment, but it is noticeable that everything has come to an age or appeared to be worn out a little. Also the bathroom always smelled a bit „smokey“ and there was also an noticeable smell from the toilet drainage. All in all the room was still satisfying yet it comes at a quite expensive price where you could expect better. The breakfast had many meal choices, but nothing that was over the top. Especially the very limited fruit offer on a tropical island like Hainan was disappointing. For a Trip-5 Star-hotel at this price point it could do better.
The outside facilities of the hotel were very nice and relatively well maintained. The big pool was a highlight. Also its location directly at the sea with a big beautiful beach is nice. But yet again the downside is you are not allowed to swim in the sea. Yet always someone was trying to sell some surfing courses, jetski ride or other activities. I understand the safety concern, but as an experienced swimmer with lifeguard training it was a bit ridiculous. Still having a long sunset walk at the beach is amazing. For having dinner, there are a few decent choices in the 1km footwalk vicinity. Some restaurant areas can be reached by walking down the beach. My favorite though was the „Corona-Bar“ directly in front of the hotel, which serves semi-authentic Mexican dishes and nice cocktails. It comes at a higher price point, but if you make the correct food choices it is very delicious.
Check out was also quick and comfortable and to summarize, we had an enjoyable stay. I only think for the price you pay there is still some space for little improvements by the hotel.

Zunächst einmal ist die Lage des Hotels unbestreitbar die beste.
Nach der Ankunft wurde ich sofort von der Reinigung und der Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels getroffen. Die Lobby erschütterte die Eleganz mit seiner modernen Dekoration und der einladenden Atmosphäre. Das Hotelpersonal begrüßte mich sofort mit warmen Lächeln und erbrachte außergewöhnliche Dienstleistungen während meines Aufenthalts. Ihr Professionalität und Hilfsbereitschaft verbesserte wirklich meine Gesamterfahrung.
Mein Zimmer war ein Heiligtum von Reinigkeit und Komfort. Unglaublich gepflegt, zeigte es das Engagement des Hotels, einen hohen Standard der Reinigkeit zu bieten. Die Schleiftücher, frische Handtücher und unspottbare Oberflächen sind für einen wirklich entspannenden und nützlichen Aufenthalt.
Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Hotel und das wunderschöne Pool waren zweifellos die Hauptpunkte meiner Erfahrung. Auf dem oberen Stockwerk waren die Panoramablicke der Stadtschildkröte wirklich erstaunlich inspirierend. Ich habe Stunden einfach die malerische Landschaft bewundert, während ich den Pool beherberge. Der Poolbereich selbst war schön gepflegt, mit komfortablen Sitz und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern immer auf der Hand, um eine saubere und erinnerebare Erfahrung zu gewährleisten.
Insgesamt überstieg mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel alle Erwartungen. Die außergewöhnliche Lage, die Sauberkeit und die erstaunliche Aussicht in Verbindung mit außergewöhnlichen Dienstleistungen machten es zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für jeden, der eine bemerkenswerte Geata mit unverschämten Dienstleistungen und erfreulichen Ansichten sucht – Sie werden nicht enttäuscht!

The room itself can’t lock from the outside as well and too often when I was looking for someone at the reception there were no one …
When you finally catch someone to give you a towel, be aware that it’s a disposable towel. So better bring your own.
In the morning, don’t hope to get a coffee at their bar before 9am or 10am. The whole place looks a bit messy and the reception space looks unfinished. Staff is friendly tho.
The guesthouse is surrounded by many little shops and local restaurants. You can reach the Ri Yue Wan beach where you will find bar/coffee, clubs, shops, surfing clubs etc. in 15 min walking or 5min by e-bike. Ri Yue Wan beach area is definitely the place to be to enjoy a good “beach/surfer” vibe sipping a cocktail in front of the beach. At night, this place turn into a music festival area where everyone display live show music and DJ and expect fireworks on the beach almost every 15min. If you are looking for surfing club in this area, I would recommend to check Shaka surf club. Good service, good price, and so far the most professional to me at Ri Yue Wan.

GGastnutzerDas Gefühl, den Hang hinaufzulaufen, ist das gleiche wie letztes Jahr. Es ist immer noch sehr kalt. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass es dieses Jahr viel mehr Skateboarder im Pool gibt. Ich bin zufällig am Mittwoch hierher gekommen und jetzt gibt es jeden Mittwochabend eine reguläre Party. Ich bestellte einen Gin Tonic an der Wasserbar. Es schmeckte großartig. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche ist sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage ist leistungsstark und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist auch gut, ich habe gehört, dass eine Druckerhöhungspumpe installiert ist. Ich war letzten Sommer hier und der Wasserdruck im Dorf war damals sehr niedrig, und die Duschen stehen jetzt tatsächlich unter Druck. Sehr empfehlenswert

TTattle TatsLocation: Lovely location right by the ocean but a bit far from any fun spots. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the Wanning 日月 beach where there's a lot more fun activities.
Services: Great service. The front desk manager TT was lovely and could speak great English thus making communication go smoothly.
Amenities: Good but could be better. I think some of the rooms were not used for a long time. The first room I got smelled a bit musty. Also, don't expect new facilities this place looks like it's been around for a long time and it shows. Still, it's charming in all it's rustic glory.
I would say the only downside to my stay is that there was no shuttle to the train station. Which is kind of a letdown given that this is a high-end resort.
***If you're a person of colour, I recommend maybe try the two hotels not far from this place. Le Meridien and The Westin I think.
I didn't spot any other foreigner during my two days at this hotel until I went to 日月 for a walk and ran into a few of them。It turns out most foreigners stay at the Westin or Le Meridien thus maybe it won't feel too isolating opting for these two hotels rather than this one.
All in all, it's a nice hotel to stay if you're on a budget.👍🥂

KKelkooLocation: ONLY book if you are coming with your own car. Accommodation is not easily accessible by foot especially if you are arriving at night. All food places at least 5-10 min DRIVE. However, it is an interesting location as it is not close to the sea, so you get to experience another side of Hainan’s environment. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent.
Service: Was just okay - not the most helpful unless you ask questions. For example, the SUPs have to be booked ahead so their trainer is scheduled to come - which was not mentioned. So if you are only staying for one day, make sure you tell them ahead.
Cleanliness: Since it is a humid environment, mould will likely appear. The tent we were in had a lot of mould on many of the inner walls. There was an attempt at simply covering it but these tents should be cleaned and treated.
Amenities: the tents definitely are definitely more fancy than normal tents - ours had a shower and AC. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of activities and food availability. I think if you are an accommodation that is difficult to access - at least food/drinks options should be provided.
