We arrived very late in the evening with 6 tired adults and 6 exhausted children. The evening front desk employee “S” (I don’t want to put her full name) was an absolute angel. She was so incredibly friendly, gave us all the information we needed and loaded us up with some goodies. After an awful experience at another hotel the night before we were so grateful to be welcomed into the hotel by such a friendly person. Our rooms were spotless and beds were comfortable. We appreciated all of the surface areas in the room so our stuff wasn’t sitting on the floor. There were a ton of accessible outlets in the room so we could easily charge all of our electronics. And there were no nasty carpets in the rooms . Breakfast was good, no complaints. We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel especially for the price!

Wir hatten unsere Hochzeit nach einer Party in der Late Night Bar im Lobby und hatten eine Blast. Das Personal hatte alles bereit und für uns eingerichtet und wir sind sehr geduldig mit unserer großen (und röhlichen) Gruppe. Sie sorgten dafür, dass wir alle umgekommen waren und nicht mehr professionell gewesen wären. Danke für das Personal und danke Kayla für die Hilfe, die wir uns organisieren und planen!!

We recently stayed here while attending a wedding. I almost cancelled because of some of the reviews. Glad I didn’t. We arrived at 2:30 and our room was ready. They were actually happy to see us because they were hoping to avoid a 3:00 check in crunch. Check in was quick and easy. Personnel were friendly and professional. Our room was a nice size and very clean. It had a fridge and microwave and everything we needed. I could nitpick about a couple of things, like the bath towels being very small, but for the cost, I’m happy with everything. It shares a parking lot with two other hotels. Microtel’s price was almost half. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t great, but not much different than other hotels. I didn’t miss the usual horrible scrambled eggs and there was enough to get you going. Overall, a pleasant stay. I would recommend.

To me, a 5-star rating is highly unusual and means in all aspects, this business was outstanding. An exceptional value, this Holiday Inn Express exceeded all expectations. Clean room with everything working as it should. The blackout shade was close to the window meaning no light came in from the sides. The room and bathroom were spacious and well lit. The HVAC had a fan ON setting which I like for ”white noise” to sleep. The bathroom sink is raised so washing anything in it doesn't hurt my back by requiring me to bend. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. Every staff member I encountered was gracious and/or helpful. I cannot wait to go back!

Stayed at this hotel with wife and a 1 year old baby for 10 months from January to September, 2024 for work. We could not praise enough everything about this hotel. The hotel is 3-4 years old but kept pristine, all the public areas and all the rooms we stayed at were 100% well kept, everything was modern and comfortable. Every single staff at the hotel were top notch, hospitable and personal, very helpful on all occasions. If you ever needed anything, they will do everything they can to help out, I couldn't say enough about the staff members. 100% great experience, from hotel amenities like the pool to breakfast, absolutely the best Residence Inn we ever stayed at, and I've worked all over the country and stayed at countless Marriott and Hilton hotels.
