Das einzige Problem, das wir erwähnt, war, dass es kein Toilettenpapier und nur eine Beutel heißer Schokolade und ein Paket von Kuchen gab, so dass wir nicht jeden Abend einen schrecklichen Schokolade und ein Paket von Kuchen haben konnten. Wir würden wieder bleiben und Spa-Anlagen nutzen. Der Pool und Dampfraum und die Sauna waren perfekt. Essen war 5*"

"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und geräumig und bietet eine gute Unterkunft, die sich in einem sehr heißen Tag befindet. Ich empfehle, hier zu bleiben und werde ohne Zweifel nochmals Buch. Bar hatte eine Reihe von Bier und eine gute Auswahl an Drohungen sowie Spirituosen zur Verfügung. Es gab eine große Parkplätze um die Rückseite des Hotels. Vergessen Sie nicht, Ihre Fahrzeugzulassung anzumelden. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt."

"The pub and the room themselves are lovely.  We were served by a man behind the bar who greeted us with ‘what’s the name?’ He then couldn’t find the booking as he didn’t have the correct apps from which we booked through…continued to say we wasn’t booked even though proof of booking was given.  His approach changed as soon as he realised he was in the wrong, showed us to the room where we found it wasn’t what I had payed for. I booked a king size bed with two singles, was given a room with just two singles. The bathroom had hairs everywhere and hardly any toilet roll. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned and replenished. When we returned back to the room later on in the evening the room was extremely warm, tried to adjust the heating where we discovered it was only able to be changed by the bar downstairs. The bar closed at 10pm to which afterwards there was no staff on the premises. Either be too hot or open the window and have the loud noises from a main road. Couldn’t win either way.  As mentioned very nicely decorated rooms but issues throughout."

"Guy at reception was helpful in getting three rooms near one another. Sorted out a problem with the rooms TV swiftly. Ordered food to the room late when the restaurant was quiet and it was excellent. Breakfast was great, everything well stocked and clean. They let us bring our dogs - booked online and then phoned the hotel directly to book in two dogs. £20 extra"
