Ein sehr gemütliches und ruhiges Thermen-Spa-Hotel. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Gipfel des Berges und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Es gibt einen speziellen Shuttlebus. Das Hotel verfügt über ein La Mer-Behandlungs-Spa zu angemessenen Preisen. Der Außenpool bietet einen Panoramablick auf den Strand von Shirahama, das Meer und die Stadt. Das Baden ist sehr angenehm und das Hotel stellt Ihnen außerdem kostenlosen Apfelsaft und Mixsaft zur Verfügung. Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut. Die Mahlzeiten, die wir für beide Tage ausgewählt hatten, waren japanische Gerichte, die exquisit und aus frischen Zutaten zubereitet waren! Wenn Sie westliches Essen mögen, können Sie auch die italienische Küche probieren. Das Frühstück ist im westlichen Stil und das Brot ist gut geröstet. Alles in allem werde ich wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Das nächste Mal plane ich, im Sommer dorthin zu fahren. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Swimmingpool und einen Tennisplatz im Freien.

The location is pefect, only 2mins walking to a Shopping Complex, where you can buy cheaper food in the food street. Basically we are going thru the Shopping Complex from the hotel to train/ bus station, a lil bit confused in the first place, but get used to it after few attempts. We couldnt buy the ticket for the movies in the TV from the ticket machine, and the Netflix is not allowable in the room, so we end up watching the Japanese shows without subtitle. The complementary breakfast is average, its convenient for you, but do not expect it to be a very satisfying one.

Eigentlich große Einrichtungen, die nicht wirklich aufgeführt sind, aber Sie werden Handtücher, Slips und Pyjamas. Sie haben Toiletten am Rezeption. Es gibt auch ein kleines Esel! Check-in ist nur ab 5 Uhr, aber Sie können Ihre Gepäck am Rezeption unten hinterlassen

Das Zimmer ist riesig, das aus unserer Erwartung ist, viele Gepäckräume, das Zimmer hat alles, was Sie brauchen, das zu unserer Überraschung kam, wie Kabel mit verschiedenen Plug, unterschiedliche Struktur, wenn Gummiband, alle Arten von Gesichtspflege, und verschiedene Geschmacksaromas von Körper Dusche, Shampoo und Klimaanlage usw. Es gibt sogar eine Versorgungsstation im Lobby, wenn Sie noch nicht genug finden; sowie eine Trinkmaschine, die Sie Kaffee, Matcha, Schokolade und so weiter, es hat wirklich unseren Tag gemacht. Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten vom JR-Station entfernt, es gibt einen bequemen Shop in der Nähe, es wird kein großes Problem, wenn Sie fahren, es gibt auch kostenfreie Parkplätze im Hotel.

It is a good spot for a solo traveler. Capsules are clean. Towels are provided. There is a small tea and coffee area at the entrance. They also have Chinese-standard plug in the capsule which was handy. Also, I likes the smell of wood. The worst part is that if you come before check-in, nobody is in there, meaning you will have to stroll around and wait for 16:00.

The hotel was really nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and confident, and check-in was very easy. The room wasn’t very big, but it was very clean, and a lot of small details made it feel really thoughtful. I’d definitely come back here again. Wakayama is really beautiful.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms were really special in their own ways. The one I stayed in was relatively spacious for Japan standards, and the views of the sea were stunning. Amenities were adequate, sheets and pillows smell fresh and clean. They provide pyjamas as well! The highlights of this hotel is the super spacious, clean and new bathroom with a tub that automatically fills itself to 42 degrees Celsius water as well as the back door of the hotel leads directly to the private beach area that is quiet and peaceful. Not to forget the restaurant area with beautiful views as well! Service was friendly, English was minimal but good enough. Location is slightly inaccessible without a car but the quiet surrounding makes up for it.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Badewanne ist sehr bequem. Der Eigentümer ist sehr enthusiastisch und bringt mich zum Bahnhof. Empfehlen Sie das Zimmer.

Unerwartete sauber, auch wenn ein bisschen alt. Aber es fühlt sich an, dass es immer unterhaltet wird. Die Suppe ist sehr gut, die Freizeitanlagen sind so wertvoll, Normaler Aufenthalt, viele Gäste, aber sehr ruhig. Sehr zufrieden Ein zweifaches CP-Wert ist sehr hoch.

Vor neun Jahren besuchte ich hier einmal, und ich hatte nie erwartet, in genau dem gleichen Zimmer zu bleiben neun Jahre später. Lage und Umgebung sind ausgezeichnet, die Servicequalität ist hervorragend, und das Essen ist großartig. Danke für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft dieser Zeit.
