We are big fans of this property. With family in Waco (and ties to Baylor) we enjoy coming to Waco. The manger of this hotel, Justin, is FANTASTIC and has been extremely helpful. The location is great, the value is great, and the staff is great. If you are visiting for the Silo's, they are a nice walk from the hotel. Also, if you drive a Tesla - they have free chargers on site!

Ich habe in diesem Hotel für 8 Jahre geblieben, wenn ich in der Stadt für Besuche bin, aber das wird sich ändern. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt war das Hotel Indigo meine erste Wahl und wir waren im Allgemeinen zufrieden mit Zimmerunterkünften - obwohl die Zimmer für den Bereich mit starren Stornierungsbedingungen außergewöhnlich hoch sind. Die letzten zwei Besuche dieses Jahres haben jedoch gezeigt, dass dieses Hotel nicht investiert, um die wichtigsten Objekte in Zimmern auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten. Die Matrix auf der letzten Reise war das schlimmste, das ich jemals in einem Hotel getroffen habe. Es war schwer zu schaukeln, laut und hatte absolut keine Unterstützung. Die Pfosten und Handtücher waren auch über ihre Zeit vergangen. Und, um zu den Bemerkungen anderer Betrachter zu sprechen, war der Lärm von oben aufgrund der sauberen Etagen in den Zimmern bis 3.00 Uhr bemerkbar und konnte jeder Fußverkehr hören. Ich habe die Mattress-Frage an das Frontdesk gemeldet und erhielt ”Oh, ich werde die Wartung wissen”. Ein gutes Hotel investiert in, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste einen ruhigen, angenehme Aufenthalt haben, so dass Sie auf Ihren nächsten Besuch zurückkehren möchten. Leider nicht hier.

Loved the environment and each of the hostesses were very welcome and helpful.. The breakfast could’ve been more relaxing to.. The items and the food was tasty but not enough to get your energy going for the day.. Leave me still hungry

Friendly staff. Comfy bed. First floor room with patio access to the pool. Small quaint pool well maintained. Nice shaded outdoor seating area with a grill we did not use. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Was looking forward to walking the river trail but didn’t make it this trip. Will return.
