The hotel was very neat. Rooms were cleaned daily.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times while my daughter played a softball tournament at the park across the street. It’s really a mixed bag. Generally the rooms are fine. This time there was a strange smell when we walked in the room, maybe from a dog that was there with the previous guest. We debated going back downstairs and asking for a different room but it was late and we were tired. The other odd thing was that the ac was set at 60 when we came in so it was absolutely frigid. But I know from experience that the lower floors can be loud and I thought if we tried to switch rooms we wouldn’t be on the fourth floor anymore. So we stayed. As we were lying in bed getting ready to go to sleep I opened the nightstand drawer to see if there was possibly a pen and instead found a drawer full of belongings of some other guest. This included food that had been left there. So that was kind of gross but again it was late so I just closed the door and ignored it. Bottom line—the hotel is sometimes fine and sometimes really not. I agree with someone else who posted that the staff seems to primarily want to socialize with each other though they were perfectly pleasant when I told them to make sure the room got cleaned before someone else stayed there. I used points for this stay so it was disappointing to have such a mediocre experience.

We have just completed a two night stay at the Hampton Inn Voorhees, NJ. It was there that we met the most pleasant Hampton Inn front desk person in America - Ruby. Thank you, Ruby, for making our stay so nice. You are a very sweet lady. Hilton is blessed to have you. Every Hilton hotel needs a Ruby.

We have stayed at this location at least 5 times in the past three years and have seen a decline in quality and service. During our most recent stay, we had to switch rooms due to AC not working. Also, the quality of breakfast offerings has greatly diminished. There was sign for oatmeal, but they were really grits, no hard boiled eggs for three mornings, only Earl Grey tea, egg white frittatas for three mornings, and very little fruit. When asked, the staff said they did not get their food supply. The front desk staff is unprofessional - no nametags, often not behind the desk, and when there they were very interested in their social conversations rather than guests.

Hotel and rooms are very nice and clean. We had a pet friendly room which was great. Breakfast was included but choices were limited , All the staff except the front desk lady on Sunday evening were very nice, this lady had POOR customer service skills.

The guy manny was very nice that worked here everyone else has a attitude and liars and don’t no how to clean a room don’t recommend staying here it’s garbage don’t waste your time or money we don’t no why she’s mad I guess she don’t really like her job very well

Unless you can sleep through anything do not stay at this hotel. The floors and walls are paper thin, you can hear every word your neighbors say through the walls. If you’re not on the top floor you will hear everything from above and any walking from above actually shakes the floor. If someone showers or flushes a toilet above it runs through the walls below and is extremely loud. We checked in online for a higher floor and when we arrived we found our room had been changed to the second floor. They told us that the hotel was full and it couldn’t be changed. Unfortunately we ended up with non sleepers above that kept us up all night.

Very easy checkin (did it online) and were able to get a “key” on our phone to open our door. Very clean room and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a great variety and was very good! Friendly staff. Did not use the pool because we didn’t have time. It looked small but I’m sure it would’ve been fun. Will stay here again!
