Aegli Hotel Volos

Classic hotel with all what a traveller needs, e.g: helpful staff, clean room. Refrigerator in the room, air-condition, which does not stop working after leaving the room. Good breakfast. Bed was too soft for me, but it is a personal preference. Good breakfast.

Right in front of the port, ideal for early morning departure. Close to pedestrian area, on the beachfront. Hotel must have been recently refurbished, spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated. Good choice of quality items for breakfast.

This was my 3rd time visiting Aegli hotel and for sure it won’t be the last one. The hotel is renovated. You can see by stepping into it that the management of the hotel pay super attention to every little detail in the building. The lobby is wonderful and you can feel the luxury from the first moment the door opens. The guest has the luxury feeling from the beginning of his/her staying, till the day of their departure. The exceptionally helpful staff is waiting to help you and serve you. Nothing was a trouble for them. The rooms have a high ceiling which makes you feel comfortable during your accommodation and all of the areas (rooms, lobby, breakfast area), are very well cleaned. The housekeeping service is amazing as the plenty of choices the hotel provides for the breakfast of each guest. Every day there are some different foods you can try, so the guest will never get bored of any taste. On the side outside area of the breakfast there is another area you can enjoy your morning meals as well. The F&b staff was excellent.I loved the mini pancakes and the crepe with spinach. Each member of the front office team is more than helpful and great, ready to welcome you! I, once more, have to say that this combination of the services provided has been built up obviously because of the exceptional management of the hotel. Congratulations, I will be back as soon as I have the opportunity to! Thank you Aegli Hotel, for once more, you have been amazing.

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Aegli. It is a family run hotel which allowed them to offer the personal touch that is missing in a lot of hotels these days. Room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard and amazing views of Mouse Island from the balcony just added to the experience. Location too was very good just 20mins bus journey into Corfu town. Breakfast was good and we took half board option which worked out well too as the food in their restaurant was very tasty. We would definitely gp back thanks so much to Vasilis and Sophia and all the gang!! John from Ireland

This hotel is located right at the waterfront, with easy access to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and evening strolls. The parking lot is across the street, at the port. But there are tight, one-way streets, so it can be tricky to maneuver.

Centrally located with easy access on foot everywhere in the city, spacious rooms with comfortable bed and nice bathroom, spotless clean not only in the room but in all hotel space, magnificent breakfast with local products and the most important, friendly and helpful staff always smiling! Keep on!

Lovely entrance to the hotel. Perfect for the ferries right opposite to the port in amongst all the restaurants/ taverna’s. Very friendly helpful reception staff who pointed us to the hotel free parking on the adjacent street close by. The room was clean, and very comfortable. We had breakfast early morning to get the ferry which was perfectly adequate.

Popped in for a glass of wine, when the Minerva Cafe next door was unusually closed (turned out sadly due to family bereavement). Friendly and efficient service and great views of the marina and sea. Recommended

This hotel ticked all the right boxes, and I couldn't have asked for a better location or more attentive service. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were not only professional but genuinely warm and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area, always willing to offer recommendations and any assistance I required was swiftly. Everything was conveniently located within walking distance from the hotel. Exploring the city was a breeze.
