Nice hotel with parking outside. Run by a lovely lady. 45mins walk down to Manarola, and it's 1.50euro per person to take the bus back up. Bus stop is outside the hotel. Rooms are clean and nice air conditioning in Summer.

Our stay at Hotel il Saraceno was a surprising reward for our previous cancelled hotel in La Spezia. As we drove up the winding mountainside toward Volastra Riomagiore, we came upon Hotel il Saraceno in the heart of Cinque Terre. We went in & found two rooms we needed. When my group met Antonella, the owner & full time operator, we discovered a sweet Italian lady that could not do enough for us! This place was clean tile throughout like a hospital, but that was nothing to complain about! The rooms were large & comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious! We walked the hill outside to the bus that took us to the nearest train station where we visited all of Cinque Terre in two days! I have a thousand photos of this amazing region I now cheerish & Antonella’s hotel to come back to each night! Mark

The hotel is situeted high above costal area in the quiet small village. The room was spacious - if you come for a long stay there is enough place to store several suitcases. Small balcony with a view. The hotel is clean like an ER. The lady at the reception desk warmly welcomed us and provided useful information about 5terre. The rooms are called by the names of the surrounding villages and not by numbers - very nice idea. You need to order your breakfast at the evening, but if you feel hungry - there is a "refill". Few minutes walking from the church there are two hiking roads: to Corniglia and Manarola. Take the path to Corniglia: breathtaking views to the sea and after 10 min you'll reach a boutique winery: take a glass of white wine (or bottle :-) ) and enjoy the sunset. The bus to/from Monarola operates until late evening (~ 23:30), +/- every 30 min with some changes in the schedule in the weekends. The bus stop is 50 m from the hotel

Just an ideal place to stay for a couple of days. Bus from outside the door takes 5-10 mins to get you down to the town. The host is a lovely lady who can’t do enough to help. Also a huge help that they have a car park as this means you don’t have to worry about the car for a few days whilst here. Would strongly recommend

The hotel was easy to find, with transit dropping you off less than 100 m from the entrance. It provided amazing views from the balconies and surrounding areas. The owner is a very nice woman who was extremely helpful with orienting us in Cinque Terre and the hotel. Breakfast was made to order due to covid, and was prompt and delicious each time. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The bed was inviting, the bathroom was bright, stocked, and roomy, and there was lots or storage and TV channels for those looking. We were told the heat wasn't working, but given it was May, this was no issue.

Un ottima scelta per visitare le 5 Terre, in posizione tranquilla, parcheggio privato il servizio di bus fuori dall'albergo, la titolare sig.ra Antonella fornisce tutti i suggerimenti per godersi al meglio l'esperienza della visita, camere e letti per un felice riposo e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ritorneremo.

Davvero un ottimo albergo, Antonella e suo marito ti fanno sentire come a casa. Situato in una posizione strategica per visitare le cinque terre, noi le abbiamo girate in moto. Colazione a buffet (abbondante) ordinata la sera prima per evitare sprechi di cibo, scelta da me pienamente condivisa. Attenzione per il cliente per ogni cosa. Preparati su tutto e pronti a dispensare ottimi consigli su luoghi da visitare e posti dove pranzare/cenare. Albergo davvero consigliato!!!!

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ainsi que leurs conseils de visites. De plus ils parlent français. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre.Il est facile de rejoindre Manarola en navette bus ou de descendre au village par le sentier panoramique(40 mn). Notre moto était en sécurité dans le garage fermé.

Perfeito pra quem está de carro. Em frente sai um ônibus para Manarola e de lá é possível pegar o trem para as Cinque Terre. Além disso, o centrinho de Volastra fica em frente ao hotel e tem um restaurante maravilhoso chamado Locanda Tiaburcion que tem frutos do mar divinos! Foi indicação da dona da Pousada e foi maravilhoso! A estadia também foi excelente, recomendo!
