Food was amazing and the service provided was very good by chef Azhruddin ,miss Shivani and miss Laxmi Only the beach needs a more attention The rooms were quite big and the hospitality provided was very good The behaviour of the staff was also very polite The food and dining services were great

Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, Frühstück neben indischem Essen gibt es auch Nudeln, wenn der Regenpool beim Aufenthalt nicht zu spüren ist, das Zimmer ist noch relativ komfortabel, im Vergleich zum Inland wird es schwächer sein, aber der Service wird sein sehr gut.

Das Restaurant ist nicht schlecht. Abendbuffet mit Puten- und Spanferkelbraten. Das Frühstück ist indisch, aber es gibt viele Arten. Die Aussicht auf das Zimmer von der Meerseite ist sehr gut und der Transport ist bequem. Ist ab und zu vielen Leuten auf der Hochzeit begegnet.

1. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und ist in mehr als 10 Minuten zu erreichen; 2. Der Portier des Hotels öffnet die Tür und hilft beim Gepäcktransport zur Rezeption, um einzuchecken; 3. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es bietet 4 Flaschen reines Wasser, Hausschuhe, Bademäntel, Badetücher, Handtücher, Zahnpasta und Zahnbürste. 4. Das Hotel ist laut in der Nähe der Hauptstraße. Die Autohupen sind auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern und geschlossenen Vorhängen zu hören. Inder hupen gerne beim Autofahren. 5. Es ist immer noch ein Problem mit der Schalldämmung. Die Schalldämmung des Zimmers und des Zimmers ist nicht gut gemacht. Ich kam um 11:30 Uhr mitten in der Nacht im Hotel an, und es war 12:30 Uhr nach dem Waschen. Der Fernsehton nebenan war immer noch laut und die Leute waren sehr laut. 6. Da die Reiseroute sehr schnell ist, habe ich die anderen Dienstleistungen des Hotels nicht erlebt, daher werde ich sie nicht bewerten.

We visited there for a family trip and it was completely worth it. Amazing hotel,breath taking views, best food and courteous staff. Everything was upto the mark . The infinity pool have the best view of roaring ocean in the background and every room has an extended balcony where you can sit and relax with waves dancing on the front. All staffs were quite professional and courteous. Special thanks to Sansuli ,Manisha for your warm hospitality, to barman Mr. Suresh,Nur singh and F&B team leader Mr. Ranjit for some of the best cocktails from the bar, specially curated as per preferences, to F&B manager Mr. Sunil Kumar for curtailing our every preferences and choices regarding food and beverage. Chef Naidu and Nookaraju were quite proactive with their suggestions regarding sea food and made some delicious sea food that were quite amazing in taste. At last but not least, a big big thanks to Mr. Yona, asst manager from front office, who took care of our entire stay ,was always available for any assistance and put all his efforts to ensure we have one of the best customer service experience. Such humble employees are the real asset for any organisation and people would love to travel again and again for their warm hospitality and customer centric attitude.

I am always happy to stay with Taj, no exception staying in Gateway, Visakhapatnam. I have received all types of help and supports, immense care and hospitality and everything. Although the infrastructure is not as per the standard that Taj normally maintains, but it is understandable that a 35 years old building might have such issues, which is ignorable. I am very happy with everyone here. Starting from the booking assistance to everyday supports and all. Here I want to mention the name of one of your employee Mr. Kanwaljeet Singh, who was the best of them all. He supported and assisted to the extent it is possible for a person. He is amazing. And not only me, I watched him supporting and assisting his fellow employees, all the staff staffs members and each and every boarders in the same manner, which is very cordial, very ”Taj”.... I wish him all the very best in his life and career with Taj. But I should mention each and everyone of your staffs I came across, and I am more than happy. At the same time I am feeling very sad, that this age old hotel will no longer stand there, as I feel an attachment already. I wish each and every member a Happy Diwali, prosperity and happiness and all the very best.
