If that is not satisfactory you will then be entitled to a refund of the rental without the penalties.----- LIABILITY -----The Homeowner does not assume any liability for personal or property loss, damage, or injury during your stay. We have the house treated monthly inside and out for insects and the entire yard is also treated for mosquitoes. It is rare you will see one, but if you do they are easy to dispose of and a refund will not be provided.
