Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar in dem Bereich der Altstadt, in Hafennähe. Parken in der Hoteltiefgarage möglich (15,-). Hotelambiente recht schön gemacht. Empfang freundlich. Leider nur 2 kleine langsame Aufzüge. Nur mit einem kommt man in die Garage. Frühstück oberste Etage mit schöner Aussicht zum Kreuzfahrtterminal. Ebenfalls nur mit einem der Aufzüge erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad ok. Frühstück für spanische Verhältnisse gut. Sogar frisch gepresster O-Saft. Gute Restaurants findet man in der Nähe. Kann das Hotel empfehlen.

The most outstanding quality of the hotel is its attentative personnel, in particular the waiters at the restaurant. The prices for accommodation are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet is quite ok. The food offered for lunch is excellent and its price unbeatable. Much like the hotel, the rooms have the air of the typical hotels built in the 70s or 80s. Even if you don't like this type of architecture, you will find clean and well equipped rooms. The room service is very good. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area a bit far from the centre of Vigo (about 10 to 15 mins. by car or bus). However, the nice and cosy village of Bouzas is in walking distance (about 10 to 15 mins.)! There you find excellent tapas bars, pubs (even a craft beer pub), and very good restaurants. There is also a nice promenade along the sea. Try to get a room located in backside of the hotel (opposite to the entrance). There you have a at least view to the sea and, well, onto the roof of the nearby supermarket, which is quite excellent btw.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und Einkaufszentrum. Hafen und Innenstadt in der Nähe. Zimmer sehr sauber und es roch immer sehr gut. Frühstück umfangreich und sehr gut. Aufmerksamer, toller Service.

Buena ubicación y no se oía nada pese a estar en una calle transitada,habitación con cama muy cómodas y personal muy atento ,no es un hotel moderno pero estaba todo muy limpio ,con el coche a 5 minutos del centro!!

Wir begannen unseren Sommerferien in Vigo und hatten 4 Nächte im Maroa Hotel. Wir reservierten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, obwohl wir es sehen konnten, war es ziemlich klein. Check-in war reibungslos und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich brauchte Hilfe, um einen Ort zu finden, um Wasser für meine Kontaktlinsen zu kaufen, und sie zeigten mir ein paar Orte, wo ich es finden könnte, und sie waren richtig. Das Zimmer selbst war riesig und so war das Badezimmer. Der Fernseher war ein bisschen alt und klein, und die Zahl der Programme war sehr begrenzt, so warten Sie nicht auf Zeit zu verbringen, um den Fernseher in der Nacht zu sehen. Der Balkon war ziemlich klein wie erwartet, aber könnte einen Stuhl dort aus, wo ich sitzen und ein Buch lesen konnte. Könnte ein anderer Stuhl und vielleicht ein kleiner Tisch verwendet haben, so dass wir beide außerhalb sitzen konnten. Das Frühstück war gut, obwohl nicht die gleiche Variante wie in einem großen Hotel. Wir haben jedoch einen brillanten Service und Eier, wie wir sie jeden Morgen wollten. Auch die Sicht vom Dach ist erstaunlich alle Stunden des Tages. Eine merkwürdige Sache, die ich noch nie erlebt habe, war, dass die Reinigungsfrau nicht den Tipp nahm, den ich auf das Bett gelegt hatte. Das war nur auf meinem Desktop gelegt, als sie das Zimmer reinigt. Dies kann für Lage, Personal, Aussichten und Frühstück empfohlen werden.

Das war ein sehr sauberes und komfortables Hotel. Ich hatte ein Innenraum und das Fenster war sehr klein. Besonders wenn Sie Jetlag voraussehen und Licht hilfreich finden, um sich anzupassen, kann dieser Zimmertyp nicht für Sie sein. Im Zimmer war ein Kühlschrank mit Minibar-Einsätzen. Und eine Espressomaschine. Auch eine Teeketel. Das Englische der Menschen am Vordertisch war gut. Und ich konnte frühzeitig prüfen, was nach der Reise sehr geschätzt wurde.

I stayed there two nites with breaky. Checkin and checkout were professional and quick, receptionist were helpful and explaining everything. The room was not super spacious, but sufficient, wardrobe, flat screen, desk , chair and a good bed in the living room. Washing bowl also, but for me its ok. Separated bath with shower, hose and jungle type, with plenty of water in well adjsutable temperature. Windows were to the backyard or something, not really bright, but he - november anyway. Advantage of that, really super silent room. Wifi in good quality too. Breaky is on the first level, with coffe machine, scrambled and boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, cheese, ham and sausages. Also nice pastry avalable. Liked it much. Next time again, as the bus stop to the airport is only few minutes away!

The hotel had attractive decor, was clean, modern and in a convenient position for exploring Vigo (lots to see!) on foot. I had a spacious apartment for my one-night stay, including a large comfortable bed, a separate living room and a bathroom. It was nice to have a living ”happy plant” in the bathroom, with the hotel stating feng shui principles had been used in design, and that every room was different. It was quiet. The windows above the desk were adorned with a lovely landscape photograph. They, and the bigger curtained windows, had a courtyard and hotel swimming pool view. As there were people using the pool and sunbaking, I had to keep the windows closed most of the time I was there in daylight. The desk had power sockets, which I always appreciate - and it's not the case everywhere. Wi-Fi worked well. There were great tv choices, for example, I watched a Lord of the Rings movie. There was a fridge and a safe. No electric jug, but possibly they would've given me one had I asked. The bathroom had a large sink, but not much bench space for toiletries, while the shower was good, with the temperature easy to adjust. (No bath, and tissues weren't provided.) My stay was on a Sunday which meant while cafes and restaurants were open, supermarkets and other stores weren't. I had a reasonably good room service meal at the hotel, and a good Spanish beer. The breakfast was just ok - no salad or potato dishes, mostly meat, cheese and sweets (maybe cereals, can't recall). Staff were helpful, particularly the woman on the night desk (the man who gave me a map earlier, and directions, was perhaps very busy, and less engaged). Overall, the hotel was good value and a good choice.

In desperate need of some TLC. Studio apartment,no kettle asked and got one straight away. No toaster but not a problem as we decided to take breakfast in the hotel. Bathroom vent full of thick dust and fluff and had to insist that they clean it. Scandinavia type furniture which didn't really work with the pink marble floors. Bed was comfy. Reception helpful and pleasant. Would have had the New year gala dinner in the associated restaurant but at the asking price of 250 euros per person no way. Tremendous promotion of Vigo for Christmas and the illuminations from the Mayor of Vigo but absolutely not geared for tourism. 1st of January and everything closed. Definitely not recommend in winter.

We are walking the camino portugese & we stayed here one night. The hotel was very nice. We had a huge room & a nice bathroom! The beds at this hotel were very comfortable. 1 mile from the historic district. There were apples &water in the lobby.
