Booked room for April 16 to 18th. Had to change to 15 to 17. The hotel confirmed the change via email. Arrived and desk and lady didn't look up or acknowledged me. She was preoccupied with something else the whole time. Writing something on paper. Finally she asked and I gave her my booking dates. She told me the dates weren't changed and asked if I had called hotel directly. I said no, I got a confirmation email from you. She said " it wasn't changed." Didn't even offer to see if she had availability! There was ONE car parked by ONE room. I said "okay! I'll take my business elsewhere! What a piece of work she was! NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. There were even two blackboard behind her detailing how customers are their LIFELINE! They should go broke.
