Nightcap at Hotel Victor

位置不錯就在海邊，吃喝玩樂都方便，離trams和觀鯨都5分鐘腳程。設施其實不錯，小確合理，但1樓的餐廳是真的難吃，邊上有個披薩店不錯，可惜下午5點就收工了，3點就不出披薩了

酒店位置好，房間乾淨，前台很熱情

I stayed here for 10 days. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, it was a great way to start the day. The hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter. There's nice restaurants close by and you can walk to Hoen Kien Lake in a couple minutes.

Went there for dinner. Lights were very low, thought it was for the ambience discovered it was to hide the poor presentation and size of the meal (for the price). Very disappointing. Went for a night cap at the other hotels and saw the other meals, felt even more disappointed , wish we had booked ANYWHERE else.

Excellent hotel in a great location by the foreshore. Walking distance to everything including Granite Island. Staff were helpful, room was good and clean. There's all day dining restaurant downstairs or there are plenty of eateries around.

I would fully recommend this hotel. Excellent central location to granite island and train to goolwa. Nearly renovated with a flesh decor. Room very spacious with very comfortable bed. Had all our meals there and were very large servings. Bonus for us you can use your Woolworths discount card. Staff so friendly and helpful. Well done . Definitely stay agin.

Fantastic staff we were made to feel welcome. The views are fantastic. We had breakfast delivered to our room which was easy to order via the QR code in the room. We also had lunch in the restaurant the prices were very reasonable. It was quiet at night.

Liked · Lovely comfortable room overlooking the park and coast. Good nights sleep. Nice lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Perfect spot for our overnight stay. Disliked · We had dinner at the pub/restaurant and the food was beautiful, however, the service from the bar staff and Bar Manager was pretty ordinary. We ordered a bottle of wine off the menu for $25, a very nice local wine. On paying it was priced at $31. I asked the question why, and was told the price is wrong on the menu and hadn't been updated. Surely, we are buying off the menu and it's not our fault they haven't updated. The Bar Manager said the same thing and just looked at me. I wasn't up for an argument so she reluctantly gave me the price difference back (was supposed to be $6 but was given $4?). We would have happily paid the $31 but the way they went about their error was pretty ordinary.

A very pleasant stay for 2 nights. Rooms have been renovated along with the rest of the Hotel. Nice and bright. Rooms were cleaned by very thorough and friendly Housekeepers and everything was restocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Ate at the Restaurant Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Meals were your typical Pub fare. Staff at this Hotel were very friendly and were happy to answer our questions about the local area. The Lady on Reception does a terrific job on greeting and explained the facilities etc. Thanks for a lovely stay! Will be happy to go back again.
