We went to castle for my birthday and afterward we went to the hotel. It was clean and very nice. We enjoyed it so much we’re coming back next weekend!!

We stayed in an handicap room and it was great. Everything was easy access. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Bathroom was spacious and shower was a walk into shower which was great for my husband who has knee issues. The breakfast had many options. They had hot bar, grab and go items. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet area.

Soooo clean!! Every is so friendly. Quiet town so we felt safe. Lots of restaurants close by. Everyone was very professional and willing to help with our needs. Breakfast was busy but the options were endless. Check out was super simple. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice hotel. Would have been nice to get a heads up that the pool was closed for repairs. Also people next door had their tv turned up to loud the entire night. Nothing was done after calling front desk. Ice maker on our floor didn’t work. Had a problem convincing staff it was broke.

Fairly new hotel, nice, clean, typical HIE. At this location stay away from room 216 and I assume 316 and 416 on the same wall as the elevator. The noise was tolerable in mid evening but when people began using elevator about 5:30 am, sleep was impossible. I can’t believe in a new hotel that planners don’t think of that and use the space by elevator as storage. I recorded the noise on my phone but can’t seem to post it here.

Our accommodations here were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, and a very clean hotel. We had a restful stay which was just what we needed after driving 14 hours.

Will look for any little thing to upcharge you. Don’t track anything into the room they’ll double charge you. My bill was doubled, they’re ridiculous.spoke to the front desk, who was rude. Wasn’t notified about the added charge at all before they took it.

The beds were very comfortable and the lighting options in the room were great in that we could have lower lighting or full lights on was very comfortable for late night and early morning for sensitive eyes! Unfortunately, we would have given 5 stars if not for our bathroom friends (roaches/beetles) and had our shower consisted of water pressure. The water pressure was absolutely awful. Pouring a glass of water over me was heavier pressure than the shower. We also had 4 USBs in the room to plug phones into and NONE of them worked. It wasn't an issue as I did have an extra power block packed so could plug in the block and charge our phones. I didn't reach out to hotel staff since we figured out a work around.... but the bugs in the morning and the shower water pressure were a concern that we did voice at checkout. The hotel was nice overall and the breakfast in the morning was good. Unfortunately, having someone with Celiac disease in our party makes it a bit more difficult to eat at most breakfasts hotels offer due to the cross contamination but he was able to have some eggs and yogurt so was happy and full. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had asked for some ideas in the area prior to our bourbon tour and were able to find a few additional things to do in the afternoon before we checked in and after our other tour in the morning. We would probably stay here again due to the location and would hope the water pressure improves and we get rid of the bathroom friends.
