"This was a lovely hotel. The room was great and the balcony fantastic overlooking the sea. Parking our car was also very easy although I don’t know if this is still so in the busy summer months. The only problem we had was poor service in the restaurant but this does not stop me from recommending this hotel."

"Reservieren Sie es einfach und bleiben Sie hier!! Ein absolutes Geschirr in der charmanten Stadt Vasto. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum des Platzes so sehr bequem, um die Gegend zu wandeln und zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und mit allen modernen Einrichtungen (erstaunlich für Italien!). Ausgezeichnet individuell kontrollierte Wärme und Klimaanlage; modernes Badezimmer mit schönen Touchs überall. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und das Zimmer war ziemlich geräumig. Der Gastgeber, Anita, war erstaunlich und machte unseren Besuch fühlen wie die Zeit mit einem alten Freund. Sie begrüßte uns im Parkhaus bei der Ankunft, um mit unserem Gepäck zu helfen und uns zum Eigentum zu begleiten. Es war eine sehr nette Geste für ein paar müde Reisende! Anita nahm auch die Zeit, uns unser Zimmer zu zeigen, alles zu erklären und uns unsere Frühstücksoptionen zu bieten, die sie uns jeden Morgen geliefert hat. Nachdem sie uns einen Tag der Abenteuer besuchte, in dem meine Großeltern ein kleines Dorf aufwachsen, brachte sie uns eine Flasche Wein und schloss sich uns an, um über unsere Erfahrung zu hören. Es war schön, über ihre Erfahrungen zu lernen, nach Italien zu ziehen und dieses schöne Boutique-Hotel in dieser quaint Gemeinschaft zu schaffen. Wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!"

We was greeted by the lovely Francesco who was helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. A very enjoyable stay despite the rainy unusual skies 😬 would definitely go back again"

"stayed for 15 days from 23/06 to 07/07/24 hotel externally beautiful and majestic but you are greatly disappointed when you enter the assigned room, not so much for the age of the furnishings, but for the poor if not absent hygiene of the same, enough to think that I was forced, being my wife allergic to dust, to pass a pseudo towel (ultra worn, with holes and often with yellow stains of dubious origin) by myself. Linen which, according to their information, had to be changed 2/3 times a week and in reality, only after my request were they replaced after 4 days, reminding them that a sheet, although showing a notable mess from the first day, had not been replaced. Other friends found themselves forced to disinfect the environment themselves with products purchased from the local pharmacy because they woke up with obvious bubbles on their body caused, according to the pharmacist, by mites and/or anything else. Shower sheet and towels often only present for one person and more often than not extremely worn with the presence of holes which forced me to have to go down to the hall again to request them because the room telephone was not working. The food starts with a very poor breakfast and moves on to lunch and dinner with dishes lacking in flavor most of the time and often not corresponding to the menu of the day chosen. Dishes of side dishes already ready and clearly displayed on the buffet without the slightest consideration for hygiene itself (hair on the plates was found twice) Mixed fruit served that was inedible, not ripe and often old from the fridge while when watermelon was served it was an ultra-thin segment weighing 10/20 grams. Drinking consisted of water served in glass containers while for sparkling water there was a fee, loose wine, against all rules, instead of being served in jugs, was placed on the table in bottles of other brands and qualities. As regards table service, this was guaranteed by staff who were not at all professional and two of these in particular, in addition to the lack of professionalism, we must add the lack of education. Everything described above can be documented with photos."

"Ich bin noch da. Es ist die zweite Nacht von zwei. Die Nachbarn sind sehr laut. Letzte Nacht musste ich mit den Fäusten gegen die Wand schlagen, um sie ein wenig zum Schweigen zu bringen. Heute Abend fingen sie wieder an, redeten laut und der Fernseher dröhnte. Ich habe die Rezeption gebeten, etwas zu unternehmen, aber sie haben absolut nichts unternommen. Natürlich werde ich nicht noch einmal hierher kommen."

"The rooms were good and comfortable and there is enough parkins space available. The AC was very effective. I just wish the insulation was a bit better as you can easily hear the people in adjacent rooms."
