Tolle Lage inmitten des bunten Stadtviertels Cerro Alegre.
Trotzdem kommt man gut in zu Fuss an die Hauptstrasse und kann dort Busse etc nutzen. Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig und hatte eine grossartige Aussicht über den Hafen und die Küste.
Das Bett war angenehm und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch und sauber.
Das Bad war hygienisch und der Service gut.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch hier ist ein toller Blick auf der Terasse zu geniessen. Das Restaurant bietet ebenfalls leckere Gerichte an.

Nice view, but the hotel is a little tired, as tired as the city itself. Wi-Fi works poorly, the Internet is constantly interrupted. The breakfast is delicious, thanks for the welcome drink.

We adored this boutique hotel. It was located in one of the areas with lots of murals which made it great fun to walk around the hotel, and also next door were some excellent restaurants. The view over the water and the hills was gorgeous. Staff was helpful and friendly and most accommodating. My room was on the top floor which I preferred for the gorgeous views while my son's was on the second floor. His view was also very good, just not quite as expansive as mine. Breakfast was served outdoors which was so pleasant in a beautiful garden type area. Breakfast was very good; we all three enjoyed it a lot. There is not a lift which did not matter for us and I would not recommend wearing high heels on the stairs. Highly recommended. So glad I chose this area and this hotel.

Great location, very nice staff. A bit noisy at night (port construction and fork lifts) but to be expected (view is spectacular!) due to proximity to port. Great spot to walk to oldest funicular in the city, very close. Lovely restaurants and boutiques in the neighborhood. Tasty breakfast included. Safe, locked parking for a car if you have one (well worth the $15 per day). No need for a car once in Valpo, Uber easy, central spot for walking and exploring from the hotel. All in all a very enjoyable stay at a great value. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Their localization is great, in the heart of the touristical area, with a awesome view. The rooms are amazing, the service is very organized, and, more important, it is very good for the price.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, great views and lovely little breakfast with a view on the terrace. Room was very clean and comfortable with stunning sea views but would say as we were in the room near reception it was a little noisy at times during our stay. Would definitely return but would try and get one of the rooms higher up. Parking available on street directly across from the hotel for a small fee of about £7.

We stayed two nights after an expedition cruise with Hurtigruten, and explored old Valparisio by foot. The front desk staff was excellent and Daniel was very attentive and concerned we could get around safely. Small hotel as expected not suitable if you have mobility problems if staying on an upper floor. Very clean and comfortable. Hot water was not always available though

We came to Valparaiso a few days early before our Viking cruise and selected this hotel. The staff is super fri and helpful. Room 9 has a beautiful view with a French balcony. Breakfast is delicious (served at Kapura down on the terrace). Catalina and Michael at the front desk greeted us welcomingly each time we passed through the lobby. Easy walking distance to several historic buildings and plazas. Note: no USB connections in the rooms and you will need a South American power adapter.
