Escalera Al Puerto Guest House

Dear reader, Today I would like to point out my absolute disgrace for the Guest Hostel Escalera and its service. When we arrived at the hotel, it was dirty, very dirty. To give you a small example, the wine glasses were in such a bad condition that was disgusting even to look at. Please note that we are in the midst of a pandemic and hotel that does not take care of hygienic conditions is a disgrace. The bed was dirty also and there were both yellow and grey stains Secondly, more importantly and drastic, was the inappropriate, unprofessional service we got. Accidently, we spilled wine on the bed which was oue fault. The next day we have bern treated in such a bad manner that we had to pay 95Dollars for it, which is inappropriate. In first instance, we did not want to pay, but then they treatened us with the police (yes it went that far). Eventually, I paid the amount as my girlfriend was scared. The best things comes always at last: my girlfriend and I were on a romantic trip there and eventually we got treated badly because according to these people we were too loud and got eventually send away from the hotel. Thirdly, and also very interestingly. After our stay at the hotel I wanted to write a review about my stay at *********** and they cancelled my stay afterwards, so I was not able to write an opinion. I am still dealing with *********** on this matter. My girlfriend and I are decent people with good manners and I appeal to everybody who reads this forum to STAY AWAY from this place.
