Motel Lac St-Louis

When arriving, we were asked to sign a contract listing liabilities for any damage. When we asked for a copy, we were told we could not have one. Booking confirmation stated check-in time at 3:00 pm. When we arrived at 3:00 pm, we were told the room will not be available until 4;00 pm. Booking Confirmation stated the room would have a balcony and a view of the lake. The room provided did not have a balcony, and the window looked at the wall of an adjacent building 6 feet away. The room was suppose to have a dining area and dining chairs. The room did have these. The room was suppose to have WIFI available. We were told that he could not or would not give us the password. The Confirmation states that prepayment is not necessary. We were charged for the room several days before we arrived. An implied amenity is that the room will be clean. The room provided was/is very dirty, and old. The linen has stains on them, as well the floor. The room smells very badly, especially the bathroom.
