We booked this resort by checking reviews from online so we had no idea how it will be in real. But it beat all our expectations. We booked for Standard Villa and stayed there for 2 nights. Our experience with resort was 10 out of 10. Straight from check-in to check-out everything was great experience. The service level of staffs were exceptional. They are very friendly, the served smiling and always reachable and available for your service. Most of time we ordered food to room service as room has dinning area. The staffs tirelessly with smily face served the food with great hygiene with rich cutleries. The taste of food was fantastic we tried both vegetation and non-veg. They have options for both. Also the price was so reasonable. The villa had two rooms with individual balconies with beautiful views. Also, both bed rooms had French type windows that give a green garden view. It was super quiet and we can hear the birds chirping and droplets of rain. The beauty is we wouldn't know what will be weather, early morning it's misty, later sun and then rain. So just staying there itself can enjoy as the facilities are so great. The cleanliness of room was outstanding. I felt as if all the fixes as if brand new. Also, the morning buffet breakfast amazing food and the place was so clean and bright. It's must go place if you are visiting Vagamon. You can enjoy it as staycation or vacation. For married couples also have rooms with great view which I visited when need to extend stay. Just one note, if you are driving make sure you have good skills as roads are little steep. The memories we had at resort will forever stay with us and we really miss it when back to home town.

Good food and great ambiance. The service was great. A good place to spend with family for a day. the experience was really great .Staff interaction & room services also good. Lovely stay!! We had a great relaxing time. The restaurant manager was especially attentive. All good.

We had a good time in Falconcrest during our stay. Starting from time I enquired the support from Abhijit and the falcon crest team is commendable. Helped us with all the necessary arrangements. Awesome view from the place, rooms are well maintained and good support staff. I would definitely recommend this place for large groups as well.

Great place to relax and enjoy the nature! Their place is nestled on a beautiful hill in Vagamon providing breath taking view from the rooms. We stayed here for one night in July and wished we could have stayed for longer. The standard room that we stayed in was quite spacious with a comfortable king sized bed , TV, Dining table and a fridge. It felt more like a suite than a room. The bathroom was huge with 24 hours hot water supply. Their staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The entire place is managed very well and kept neat. Food served here is also great. Whatever snacks and dinner we ordered was too delicious. Overall the place feels like heaven and totally worth the money you pay. Hope they continue this and don't lose their charm. All the very best to them.

My stay at Falcon Crest in Vagamon, India, was wonderful. The resort, surrounded by lush greenery tea plantation and stunning hills, offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The cottages were clean, comfortable, and provided beautiful views from the private balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It was a fabulous stay we as group enjoyed every moment ... helpful people and would love to come back to same place ..with family personal attention is given...loved the most is extra bed they provide full bed not the mattress only it's one best thing
