Pros
1. Big property amid-st greenary and away from crowd 2. Peacock roaming around
3. Clean pvt beach
4. Courteous staff
5. Food is tasty cons
1. Not child friendly. No play area with swing and all. 2. Indoor games are just 2 carroma and snooker that's it. 3. Club rooms ( lowest option but very pricey. Is very small, no balcony, no welcome fruits, rooms are suffocating. You won't feel refreshing at all!
4. We have 2 days stay, next day room cleaning person came before we even do bath and washroom. So it was like messy for 2 days. 5. As rooms are very far away from restaurant and pool and pvt beach, we have to make sure to do all work at one. So that there won't be multiple travels and time waste. 6. It is very far away from gokarna. So if you want to explore gokarna then this stay is big no. Overall it is just for namesake 5 star hotel but i have seen far better 3 star hotels with more amenities. Ps: pool is huge though

The property is beautifully designed and on the beach. The pool is really beautiful and huge. The food quality is excellent. Breakfast options are just about enough. How to get the discount coupon?

Resort is one of the best in karnataka situated on a beautiful private beach. Well maintained lush green gardens and cozy room makes the stay worthwhile. Food was average needs to improve on taste

Property is really good. Close to nature and beach. Very well maintained. Best thing is they have bicycle and buggies inside the property. Very kind and friendly staff. Food was excellent
