Red Roof Inn Cincinnati East - Beechmont

This was by far the nastiest most unprofessionally ran motel I’ve ever seen. My son and I came up from TN for a concert and booked here because of the price. What a nightmare! We didn’t have time to “inspect” the room when we got there because we had to get to the show.. well when we got back we did and there were dried blood splatters everywhere. Dried vomit and feces were apparent on the bathroom walls, toilet, floors, and tub. Also diarrhea on the back and bottom of toilet. Stains were also all over the comforters. When I went to complain to the man behind the front desk, he asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted my money back! He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t do anything until his manager was there in the morning, and couldn’t guarantee they would refund anything. He did offer me another room but it was a smoking room. No thank you! All in all this place needs to be condemned!! It is NASTY!!!!

Not the worst motel we've ever stayed in but it's in the running. Hair on the counter, blood on the wall, dust on flat surfaces etc. We went and bought cleaning supplies. Our second night at one in the morning the tenants next door decided to fight and scream at each other. By two o'clock I had had enough and called the front desk. The night auditor proceeded to tell me it was just someone who had just checked in looking for their room. I told him that they had found their room because they had slammed the door at least a half dozen times in the past thirty minutes. He said he would look into it. Obviously he never did. The commotion went on for at least another hour. Talking to another guest in the parking lot the next morning it became clear that our room wasn't the only nasty one and that the loud guest kept a lot of people awake. Keep away from this place and the Days Inn just up the road. Saddest part is I had stayed at this same Red Roof a while back and it was nice. I assume it had different owners then.

Smelled awful when I first walked in. Floor is sticky. Tv doesn’t work. Walled need wiped down. Hair stuck to the shower wall. Price was not what it said. For some reason the last day was 20 dollars more then the Other 5 night. Check your receipts.

I stayed here for one night and was disappointed in this place as Red Roof is usually a great option at a reasonable price. Staff were nice and check in was fine but the property was not great. Not terrible but really needs TLC because it could be so much better than it is with care. The room was ok but the linens were not really clean. Other peoples hair on nearly all of them. Their was debit on the basin counter and floor. It wasn’t disgusting but it was not a nice thing to see. Some repairs needed also I was disappointed as this place should be nice with just a few modifications and attention to detail. Too bad.

Wife and I stayed at this location while passing through. While it was not as good as other red roofs I have stayed at, it was clean, everything worked and no bugs! Had to pay a deposit but it was returned

The room was dingy, cigarette burns on the blankets, towels were covered in black stains, desk was oddly sticky, beds were uncomfortable and the rate I was told I was going to be charged was $40 less than what I was actually charged on top of another $50 deposit I had to give at check in. Overall wish I would've slept in my car

This place is a totally worn out dump. I was there during a high demand weekend and was forced to pay $180.00 per night for a $39.00 per night valued hotel. It was dirty, the valance for the lights above the tv were broken and looked to be ready to fall down. No respect for the customer. The guy behind the counter was unfriendly. I felt unsafe.

We stayed in room 120. We walked in to a strong stench. The lights over the bed and bathroom sink didnt work. Tried to use the toilet and it was clogged. Climbed into bed and I felt like I was going to roll on the floor. Wife even plugged in her laptop and the outlet sparked. pretty lousy room for almost $100 for the night

I stayed there with my fiancé. The girl at the front desk (Kelley), she is amazing, helpful, and very kind. I was just there and I'm so sad to hear that she is not working there anymore. Kelley and her fiancé were always working to make the place look better. And they were the only two that would actually help guest when needed. Sorry to here they are gone and so am I. Wont be staying there anymore.
