Best Western Plus Ahtanum Inn

Yes, it was quiet room (although a weird "blank space" in the room..maybe once a king room?) and the breakfast woman was a gem! BUT the how frustrating to be charged a higher than previously listed price for a room. Because our king room was freezing cold due to a deck door not being closed, when we checked in we had to move to a queen (as no kings were available, unless we upgraded??). In the morning we were charged more for our queen than had been listed on the internet the night before. Oh well...not staying here again. BW membership bonuses are NOT what they used to be!

Very nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff at this hotel is awesome. Friendly and helpful and seemed to want my stay to be enjoyable. Pretty good breakfast. Would've liked more coffee pods in my room but I'm a coffee addict :) Highly recommend!

I stayed here a few years ago and had a good experience so I was happy to find a room available for a last minute trip. It was every bit as nice this time as I had recalled.

Business trip with family. Rooms are dated. Original room reserved was not the room we were given. Toilet in room did not flush. The breakfast was a nice addition.

We enjoyed our two night stay in connection with the NWAC golf championships at Apple Tree. The room was very clean and spacious. AC was a bit loud but tolerable. Breakfast was great. Front desk service was outstanding. Noise level was high the first night due to youth soccer teams staying but died down by 19PM.

Had a warm and friendly greeting by a very nice gentleman when showed up to check in. Got to room was clean. Would be nice if some of these hotels would update their televisions. Seems the remotes are old and slow. Faucet in bathroom leaked, fridge was warm had to call them and was told hpw to turn it on . That was a 1st for me. Later on after coming back it was late and realized our toilet was plugged. Went down at 645 to lady at counter. Was told maintainince comes in at 7am. At 730 went back dowm and was told it woulf be 9am. I am with my 80yr old mother. Who is walking now 30 rooms down the hallway and down stairs to use bathroom since evening before. As we had last room end of hall. 910 i call front desk was told she told him. At 930 i went back dowm to front desk. Was told he was attending the pool. I ask for a plunger. Nope dont have one and off i went to the pool. Located mr maintainance standing with a hose spraying down the concrete for some reason. I say im the guy with the plugged toilet. He says oh im sorry thry told me it wqs just running slow. I can come fix it now. Came up to fix and worked for a few hours and then atopped again. Breakfast in morning wqs very nice. Toilet issue handled 0/10. Maint. Guy should of made contact with us when he came in. Even if by phone call to acknowledge us. Wont stau again becausw of that.

Awesome hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Quiet. Within walking distance of Outback Steakhouse.

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. The hotel isn't new, so don't expect anything extra ordinary. The gym area was small, but that had a decent selection in the vending machines. Hotel pillows had hair on them, but that's not as easy to get out all the time. Breakfast didn't have as much selection. The hotel sits behind a gas station and Outback restaurant, so don't miss it as you drive by.
