I am writing this because of my disappointment with 3 day stay, Hopefully management see this and improve. I've been stayed in golden tulip in many countries, but this is the worst. Check in took too long after going to room found that kettle was broken and dirty, water leaking from washroom washbasin, water pressure was slow like take ages to take shower. And the towels were dirty smelly and even stains easily visible. Stayed 3 days the breakfast service was disaster, that much big hotel and they have only one high chair in the restaurant which people need to wait to seat kids before they start breakfast. Food is not tasty at all except fresh fruits, even worse that they serve sugar next to coffee station which is contain ants and flies. Seriously in a branded hotel serving sugar in an open ceramic pot. I requested 3 times for high chair and told staff that if it is vacant please provide us which not happened afterwards I checked and asked staff his answer was ask management. May be he also fed-up with the management stupidness. There is no menu in the room to order. I cannot keep my kids hunger, I bought porridge from outside and called operator asked for spoon and bowl reply was YOU NEED TO PAY FOR EMPTY BOWL AND SPOON. I am not buying it I want to feed my kids, there is not even teaspoon in the rooms. AGAIN SAYING THT I AM WRITING THIS TO BRING THESE ISSUES TO MANAGEMENT NOTICE. HOPEFULLY THEY SORT THESE THINGS SO NO OTHER WILL FACE PROBLEMS LIKE ME.
