Old facility and careless management…dusty and dirty fingerprints on all the doors, dirty dishes in kitchen cabinets, shrimp shells in the kitchen sink, 12 packs of decaf coffee next to worn out coffee maker (who wants decaf?), thin walls so you can listen to your neighbors, tv wasn’t working, dirty old carpeting and nobody vacuums under the beds. All this for $266 per night! I gave it two stars because I think the sheets were clean and there was no evidence of bed bugs.

The room location was great. Easy walk to the beach, right next to the pool. The bathroom and most of the room was pretty clean but there was sand all over the kitchen counter. The two biggest problems were that you could not sit on the sofa because the sofa bed obviously wouldn't close all the way and the mattress on the regular bed is TERRIBLE! A $300 mattress from Amazon would have made a huge difference. If the sofa and the mattress would have been usable I could have even overlooked the sand on the counter... but after a day at the beach, you want a place to relax and be comfortable doing so. You will not find it in the room we were in.

The room was a dungeon and workers were outside our room constructing furniture the whole time! There were no other people staying at this place....had to go to another location to get our room key. Would definitely advise against stay here!!!

The suites have the size of a large apartment, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen, dining areas and living spaces. The only inconvenience was doing the check in and check out at a different sister hotel, without much head up. Two addresses were given and it was a big confusing. But the actual place is great and it was greatly priced on the off season.

The place is rundown and not well cared for or cleaned. The good: - The location is amazing. - The size of the 3 bedroom suite is quite spacious. - The kids loved the pool. The bad: - Check in is at 4pm. I called about early checkin and was told that the rooms wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. That’s fine, early check in is not a guarantee. We arrive for 4pm and the rooms aren’t ready. I ask for an ETA, they weren’t sure. We weren’t able to completely checkin until after 5:30pm. The really irksome part was when the associate on the phone tried to tell me some incorrect take about check in times like I’d never checked into a hotel before. - The tv in the sitting area of unit 4 didn’t work. They came to look at it but we’re unable to fix it. - The air conditioner in the sitting area of unit 4 was leaking causing the sod and carpet to be soaked. They were able to come and fix it. - The dryer in unit 1 didn’t work. They came to look, but we’re unable to fix it. - One of the tv remotes was missing in unit 1. The ugly: - Please do believe the reviews about needing to bring your own cleaning supplies. After having delayed checkin, the rooms should have been spic and span, right? Absolutely not. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, at all, in either unit. The refrigerator in unit 1 was filthy, we had to clean it. The areas around the beds in unit 1 had trash, dust and dead bugs which indicates the areas hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. There was a musty smell in unit 4 due to a leaking air conditioner. The shelf where the refrigerator sits was pretty filthy in unit 4. We also had to go and sanitize all the the bathroom surfaces because they didn’t look clean. There was also mold all along the base of the small shower in unit 4. There was lots of visible water damage and there’s carpet so there’s likely lots of mold.

Beautiful villa, loved how accessible it was to the beach and entertainment around Tybee, parked our car and everything was close enough to walk, I already have plans to rent the room again next year. Thank you

This was one of the worst places that we stayed. Although information said the facility had been renovated the ground floor suite was a total disappointment. The furniture was shabby, the carpet was dirty as was the bathroom floor, the heater did not work (maintenance came by but could not fix it) and the kitchen was dated and appliances very well used. Fortunately we were there for only one night. I would definitely not recommend.

The location and the 2 suites being next to each other was perfect for our family. The only disappointment was that we needed to clean when we arrived. The kitchen had food splattered on the walls and side of the refrigerator. Even inside the refrigerator had food spills. In addition the floors had not been cleaned.

This is an older structure. It is clean and simple and quite comfortable. If you are looking for something luxurious, this is probably not it. If you need a place to crash while visiting the area, it's great.
