Die Dienstleistung war sehr gut, besonders von der Angestellterin Karla, sie hat sich viel Mühe gegeben alle meine Wünsche und Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Das Hotel ist sauber und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Verbesserungsvorschlag: das Frühstück war lecker aber die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt.

This place is 3 blocks marimba park, 5 minutes for Central Park, have free breakfast,rooms clean well and beautiful construction, place is great perfect for pics, excellent atención and free coffee all time, WiFi service, next door laundry

The layout of the hotel is very interesting. It was clean and attractive. The rooms are simple but tidy and have a modern bathroom. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, they really seemed eager to please. It is just too blocks from Plaza de Marimba. I was there on Sunday and there were lots of activities in the plaza.

Reception good, room and beds good and comfortable, bathroom fine, shower great. Breakfast was awkward as no printed menu and only Spanish speaking staff to explain menu options verbally. As for this trip advisor field saying I have to enter at least 200 characters for a review, that’s very poor form trip advisor, shame on you. I won’t write one again

Very nice and friendly hotel in Tuxtla, rooms are big, clean, the windows face the inner yard, breakfast is tasty and varied, reception staff is very friendly, you can walk to the centle of Tuxtla in 10 minutes.

I tried for 2 days to reach the hotel management. We paid in advance for a "premium double room". The pictures of the room we were promised is not the room we got and all the room pictures they post are not as nice as any of the rooms I have seen. The first thing we noticed is the room smelled. I thought it smelled like sewage but my fiance says it just smells old. The room seems much smaller than what you see in the pictures and our room is not renovated, there is black mold in the bathroom, there is no safety deposit box as promised and the office does not offer one. There is no lock on the window. The hotel/staff is very noisy in the morning. The breakfast is adequate but not a "buffet" as advertised. I also told them not to come into our room until we leave but as with everything else my request was ignored. I messaged the hotel twice before we arrived to arrange an airport pickup and 3 days later still no reply. Before we arrived they were trying to sell us tours. We ended up booking 1 tour through the hotel but they charged us 80 pesos more than they advertised and as it turns out the price the hotel charged us was 60% more than had we booked it direct with Monte Cristo Tours.

Location was the only plus. Few blocks from Parque de la Marimba. Close to restaurants and downtown. Advertised in website as breakfast included. Did not happened. Place is noisy. Housekeeping rolling carts before 6am.

Booked online because of the photos and reviews. Our "premium double room" was nothing like the pictures. The room is not renovated. I complained to the front desk the next day and from what I could understand the renovated rooms are not available, even though it seems the hotel is empty. Very noisy in the morning.
