Rude, incompetent staff. Upon arriving for a reservation my husband was denied the ability to check in without me calling to confirm he had the right to do so. The front desk staff confirmed the reservation and, after my call, could not find it. They then proceeded to accuse us; I was on the phone with my husband of editing the email confirmation so we could get a free night and then claimed the reservation that was made that day had been canceled the day before. I called IHG customer service who then called the hotel to assure them the reservation existed and the front desk was rude to them. She threatened to kick my husband out and then told him he could stay but he would have to pay when the room was booked using points. Thank goodness IHG was working with me arranging a stay at a different hotel, awarding me my points back and filing an official claim against this hotel. It is so close to the road that even if you do stay here you will not sleep well. Just go somewhere else it is horrible.
