Das Studio befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage, um Turin zu erkunden, ca. 650m Fuß von Turin Porta Nuova Bahnhof und sehr nahe dem Piazza San Carlo (eine der Hauptplatze mit Geschichte, Veranstaltungen und lebendig tägliche Aktivitäten. Wir wurden am Mittagstag ein Studio gegeben, wo wir angekommen sind, was früher ist als die offizielle Eincheckzeit. Frontdesk ist effizient und hilfreich, und Sabrina ist freundlich. Die Studiogröße ist größer als wir erwartet haben, mit einem großen Außenbalkon. Ideal für Reisende, die einen geräumigen Aufenthalt und Entspannung wünschen. Das einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, wäre die Matrix (Frühlingsunterstützung) um es zu einem perfekten Aufenthalt zu machen.

尊敬的攜程您好，如果是沒有客房清潔的住宿就請不要標成“酒店”。 比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。 先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。 糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。 真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

Soggiorno business per la Direzione Generale e Tecnica della nostra azienda, nonché la prima prenotazione con Trip.com. Che dire! Soggiorno di qualità, struttura splendida in un contesto storico ma arredata con stile contemporaneo, posizione centralissima. Un plus poi il prezzo offerto da Trip, inferiore di ca. 140€ rispetto alle altre piattaforme competitor a parità della tipologia delle 3 camere prenotate!

Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

Great stay with beautiful scenery. The surroundings were lovely and made the experience even more relaxing. Laundry is available, but you’ll need to use an app and scan the QR code at the reception lobby to access it. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Das Hotel selbst ist schön, das Personal auch nett. Die Lage ist nicht so gut für Leute, die Turin als Touristen besuchen möchten.

Ottimo albergo, buona posizione e personale molto gentile! Parcheggio a pagamento proprio davanti all’albergo, ma il prezzo è irrisorio rispetto ad altri parcheggi pubblici in Torino!

Die Einrichtungen sind vollständig, praktisch und sauber, beim Schlafen gibt es keinen Lärm, das Badewasser ist sehr heiß und die Wassermenge ist gut. Das Gesamterlebnis ist sehr gut. Ich habe eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung erhalten und werde mich beim nächsten Mal dafür entscheiden.
