Casa GItano is a gem in Tulum. Everything from food, service, and location is perfect. I want to say a very special thank you to Armando who worked the front desk. He made our vacation even extra special. Also want to say thank you to Ian. There vibe and energy is outstanding. Till we meet again!!

Pros: Wonderful staff and accommodating staff at front desk, restaurant, and beach (truly the gem of the hotel). For example, providing ice for an injury in the restaurant and water to refill water bottles, securing the hotel room window that does not lock in my ground floor room. The property is beautiful and great for those who want nice/varied music but not a club atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable- beds/pillows. Con: Most days my sheets and mattress pad had dark stains or yellow stains but smelled laundered (light stains on room seating). Importan nuance: The amenities listed above do not apply to the entire property. There is not a pool on site. There are private pools for select rooms upon booking.

First of all, the hotel is located in the most beautiful beach area in Tulum, right next to the Sian Ka'an Nature Reserve. The water is crystal clear, and the sand is super white...it's truly a paradise escape. The suite itself is beautifully designed with lovely details, and I especially love the golden and rose accents. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The service is good - very attentive - and both check-in and check-out were super easy. I can't wait to come back!

They advertise to be luxus hotel. Didnt see luxus on our room. You enter to a bathroom and the bungaloxs are cheaply made. Dirty floors and walls and curtains, Hard sofa to sit on and minibar, thats it. No tv either so bring your laptop or book or the nights are long. Only four options on brekkie and still something was always unavailable. Same on dinner. No bikes for guests and you couldnt enjoy as a hotel guest the beach club unless you pay an crazy entrancefee. There were only four sunneds for guests and on three days no one cleaned the trashes there and no one came to ask drinks, so weird. They miss a big opportunity for sales… Next hotel Nomande cleaned the beach all the time but not here. Beach was full of plastic straws, bottle hats etc. So sad. Beach is beautiful but its beautiful anywhere in area so choose wisely.

Hotel rooms were clean and in decent shape. Somewhat rustic with all cement rooms and floors. Beach was clean, well maintained, and super nice water! The beach area felt safe and was super convenient to walk to additional hotels / restaurants. Staff was mostly friendly and hospitable. Nothing special of note here. Bar prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Walk down the street 5 minutes to buy drinks and bring them back to hotel. Bottle of Moet champagne = $400 USD, a standard mimosa = $17 USD. Do not support their bar operations.

Love our Palapa with the unobstructed ocean view and great outside space! The staff have been fantastic, especially Ian, who served our great dinner last night. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room’s added bonus is the Marshall blue tooth speaker

Excelente lugar, una maravilla natural donde se puede disfrutar de hermosas vistas y fauna, atención personalizada en general muy buena, el staff muy amable ,la comida muy rica, la habitación acogedora solo debería enfriar más el split, los precios de los productos están elevados, por lo que deberían comprar afuera sus insumos mínimos para la habitación (agua, cerveza, etc),pero en general un lugar para regresar!!!
