This cute little boutique hotel was perfect! Very well located in La Veleta (within walking distance to everything) The staff were very helpful and kind, the room was cosy and a super comfortable mattress! Also, breakfast included was amazing!

Perfect hotel, very nice staff. Hotel was clean, breakfast was amazing. Location i a little bit far from center, but you can rent a bike with them. They have also parking in case you’re renting a car.

Beautiful hotel in Tulum for a very reasonable price. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable and you feel you are getting your moneys worth. Highly recommend if you’re travelling on a smaller budget but would like a comfortable stay!

We had a great stay at the Hotel Turquoise. The hotel is located in the heart of La Vallette, where you'll find all the amenities. The two outdoor pools are really top-notch. The staff are lovely, discreet, attentive and give good advice on places to visit in Tulum. The breakfast is great! The bedding is good, everything you need for a good night's rest after a day's adventure in the Yucatan.

We booked to stay here for 6 nights and left after the first night! I would recommend to stay clear of this hotel! When we first arrived we were shown to a room that looked half way through the cleaning process. We started to settle in anyway and then were told this was not our room. We were then guided to another room that we found was already occupied! When we finally got shown to our actual room, it had no lock. The actual lock to the door was missing. To add to that the tree on the garden below came right up into our balcony area so that added to the feeling of being unsafe (someone could easily climb up into our balcony). Mario kept trying to say that the whole complex is locked so no one can get it. But what about the people within the complex?? We asked for another room that night and he said no. We couldn't sleep that whole night due to feeling unsafe. I question why a hotel would remove the locks on their rooms??? We notice the ones downstairs didnt have locks either??? The next morning we went down for breakfast which was awful. Just some yogurt, dry pastries and juice left on the side with clingfilm over them. They make you some eggs and thats about it. We decided we were going to go to another hotel. On checkout I asked for a refund for the remainder of the nights we wouldn't use. She tried to offer another room (one was now miraculously available), but it was too late, we had already booked the other hotel and paid. She said she had to ask the boss and would get back to me. She never did. I had to chase them. They then said that because I didnt take the room I couldn't get the refund. I let them know that I couldn't take the room because I had booked another hotel because THEY had originally said there were no rooms. I still haven't heard from them and it's now two months later. Quick note on the state of the hotel. Decor is great and can easily fool you. When you look closely you realise a lot of standard hotel amenities are missing and it's not very clean. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!
