Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Arts District

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Easy walk to great restaurants, shopping and attractions. The hotel is very clean and the common area's are beautiful. They have a great indoor pool. Love staying at a place that has a free breakfast. The rooms are extremely comfortable with lots of space and of course very clean. Hotel staff is very personable and really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

The facility itself was quite nice. We chose this location because it was a short distance from a clinic where we had an appointment for a child the next day. The accommodations were comfortable. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids though it did not have a child's pool. The pool depth ranges from 3 to 4 feet. We were happy to learn that check out time was 12:00 so that the parent and children who didn't have to be at the appointment could return to the hotel to wait, but unfortunately when they returned, the housekeeping woman was already in the room removing things still left in the room even though I had specifically talked to the clerk at the front about us not checking out until 12:00 and we left the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeping woman denied finding and having the things that were left in the room, but gave them up when confronted by the clerk. The other situation that was not a welcome aspect was that the nearest available parking is in the hotel garage which costs $9.00 per day.

We were on the way back home, traveling from Austin to KC. We planned this stopover because we wanted to visit the Bob Dylan museum. This hotel was very close. It took some getting used to this hotel. Various places within the hotel were on different floors. The people working at this hotel were all friendly & helpful. They do charge for parking. Not many hotels do, but they do. Breakfast in the morning was good. It is located in the art district area. Close to lots of restaurants & some museums.

Family stay. Studio room 209. Layout was odd; with the small twin sized pullout bed extended, only had a few inches to walk by. Parking is $17 per day and offered extremely tight quarters between the two levels. Kids liked the pool, water warmer then they are used to. Housekeeping did not come, so had to ask for additional towels. Tissue box was empty, and with no room service, was not refilled, so had to ask for that as well. Location was amazing; a four minute walk to the concert at Cains Ballroom. The bed was not comfortable, and I struggled with the thin pillows and didn’t sleep well. Service was friendly. Overall, definitely a mixed bag.

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Just minutes from top bars and clubs in downtown Tulsa. The place is SUPER professional, everyone (guests and employees) were wearing suits and were super nice. My review would be a 5 star but for some reason an employee kept opening my door trying to get in, even though the do not disturb sign was on. Woke me up twice! If I came back to Tulsa i would consider staying again. Thank you, and breakfast was great!

Hotel was clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. Breakfast options were pretty limited but not bad. No fresh cut up fruit or fresh oatmeal like you see in other Marriott properties. The parking options on the Marriott app were a bit deceptive as it listed off-site parking for $4 a day and I could not find any lots nearby for that price. And the gentleman at the front desk had no idea about off site parking options. Parking at the hotel was $17 a day with limited space available. One of the front desk clerks (Alex) went above and beyond with customer service and found me a parking spot when I returned to the hotel late Friday night to find that the garage was full.

Staff couldn't be better; very helpful and kind during a difficult time. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was generous with many choices and kept replenished. The bread that was available the first few days was a real treat (poppy seed, cinnamon, etc.), almost like someone had made it fresh each morning. The hotel is downtown which can be rather lively at night, especially if there is an event happening, but I did enjoy seeing the fireworks from my room one night. I had chosen a room on the second floor and could hear people upstairs who seem to be enjoying the festivities at all hours. My main complaint was about the room I was transferred into when my husband was able to join me. It was a handicap room and it flooded when we took a shower in the morning. We were lucky that people moved out and we were able to transfer right away. Staff again were caring and helpful.

I stayed at this Fairfield for one night and had a great stay! The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I had no issues during my stay. The location of the hotel is great! Right in the middle of Downtown, close to many new restaurants and bars. There is also a great, free breakfast in the lobby. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

We appreciated the security, the perfect location, the cleanliness and most of all, the staff! How nice to hear a friendly voice coming through the speaker. 2 things will have me looking for another hotel. The short shower curtain had me mopping the bathroom floor, and the bed was very hard on my back. By the second night, I couldn't bend over.
