"Property is beautiful. But that’s about it. Foreign guests should avoid this property as they only cater to their locals. I don’t think they’d even come close to being world-class in this lifetime, if at all they’re even trying. We are a family of 8 from Dubai and we were in-house guests at one of their cottages. We wanted to have a nice family dinner at their restaurant but there seems to be some birthday party taking place at the time. Midway to us waiting for our food to be served (around an hour of us arriving there, so yes they also took an awful lot of time preparing our orders), they started playing their local dance music to full blast for their event. They should have closed the restaurant for a private event than force us to listen to their loud local tunes. It’s simply rude to other paying guests. They want more money from us but they want to show foreigners are not respected. Only our pockets are welcome. Another worst part, 7 of us were almost done with our food, but our 8th family member got his food order so late despite our countless follow ups. The staff were not bothered at all, not even apologetic for all the inconvenience. Therefore, despite the beautiful property, I’m not recommending this place at all, specially if you’re a foreigner. We are not welcome there. To the hotel management - you better make it clear that your are only for your locals. Don’t even try taking foreigners’ money."

"How do you pitch yourself for tourism if you don't speak English? How do you propose yourself for/for tourism if: 1) We arrive and without any "good morning", "hello" or anything like that the first question was "cash or card"? 2) The answer (even though we had booked it) to the question "is there a third bed?" was "no" (in reality there was - it was a closed sofa bed - but since we barely spoke English there was no way to understand it) 3) After half an hour of discussion the room with the third person materialized bed ... open 4) Dinner is a real pittance charged at crazy prices 5) The next morning they didn't let my wife out before the waitress checked whether the terrible Italians had destroyed the room or emptied the minibar Forget it, it's not yours profession or - at least - go around the world a bit to understand how it's done. Otherwise ask for a job at Gazprom which is nearby."
