In a nutshell: super convenient location in the heart of Treviso, very clean and quiet, cozy room, well equiped for a city break. The building was also safe and clean. Would definitely return. Just like the city itself, it will be a nice memory.

Very rude staff and the owner!! We didn’t like the room and we wanted to find a solution with the lady who’s working there but instead of finding a solution she was just yelling at us. During my travels I have never experienced so rude behaviour to customers!

Very bad experience. They have very dark rooms, there was rude lady and she refused to solve the situation. We got different room than we ordered. We asked for change or refund and she started to scream at us, she will call police. Very bad experience.

The location was great. Very quick communication from staff before and during visit. Clean towels every day. Very clean. Nice coffee, comfortable bed, excellent air con. Safe included. Microwave and fridge were handy. The hotel was a bit too modern for us and some things were impractical. The coffee machine was too high up and you had to stand on something to reach it. The sink too shallow so water splashed everywhere. Shower was the worst as we could not have one without getting hair wet. Shower cap was just not up to the job. Sheets were not changed during our 4 night stay. Only 1 bottle of water between both of us. Really! How much does a bottle of water cost? Only 4 clothes hangers between 2 of us, although this was quickly remedied as soon as I contacted them as was the soap in dispenser which was completely empty. No view in Room 7 and no natural light. The window looked onto a tiny horrible courtyard and you could not have the curtains open as there was someone sat at there desk right opposite. No instructions on how to use anything, ie safe, air conditioning,  coffee machine, window blinds. Receptionist only works 10 - 4 so not great for those of us arriving later. She did her best when we asked questions but English very limited. Coffee and tea supplied but no milk and coffee from machine not very hot. There was a supermarket nearby which helped and a microwave to heat up the coffee and a small fridge. The frosted glass in the entire bathroom only went to top of my thigh. I felt exposed and it lacked a feeling of privacy. I really would not have liked this if I was in a new relationship.

A wonderful place, in the center of Treviso. Super welcoming and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, maximum attention and care for details. Tactical location, to be able to move easily. In a nutshell The perfect stay to enjoy the city!

Molto comodo il self check-in, con codice numerico. La stanza è ampia e pulita. È dotata di macchina con cialde per caffè e di bollitore elettrico con tè. Il bagno è molto pulito e dotato di accessori essenziali per il soggiorno (asciugamani, sapone, carta igienica, etc.). È necessario lasciare la tassa di soggiorno in una busta, all'interno della stanza. Non viene servita la prima colazione, ma la posizione centrale rispetto alla città di Treviso lo rende superfluo.

Piacevole, accogliente e pulito. Ambiente confortevole, colori che mettono allegria sono evidenti in modo differente in ogni singolo ambiente. Unica pecca, se vogliamo trovarne una, la mancanza della prima colazione. Suggerirei una convenzione con il locale confinante, così sarebbe davvero perfetto!

Una vera sorpresa nel cuore di Treviso. La struttura si trova in centro a solo qualche metro dalla piazza principale. È a dir poco favolosa... non solo nel suo arredamento ma soprattutto colpisce l'igiene e il profumo che avvolge tutta la camera. Insomma un pernottamento perfetto. Complimenti ai gestori per la cura e l'attenzione anche ai più semplici dettagli. Camera con bagno e tutto ciò che occorre per una semplice e riservata colazione. Tutto molto nuovo. Assolutamente consigliato.
