There are two aspects of this place that I find quite unfavorable. First, the shower water temperature is inconsistent, often vacillating between uncomfortably cold and scalding hot, with minimal adjustability. This makes it nearly impossible to enjoy a typical shower. Second, there's a disturbance when guests in neighboring rooms flush their toilets, resulting in a rather loud gurgling noise from our own. Due to these two issues, I wouldn't recommend this place to others. People in the front desk is not very helpful or friendly.

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral in Traverse City, direkt an der „Haupt“straße, trotzdem ist es ruhig, da das Hotel leicht zurückgesetzt liegt. Der Checkin ging schnell und problemlos bei einer Dame, die ursprünglich aus Deutschland ist. Das Hotel besteht aus einem großen 2-stöckigem Gebäude. Alles ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen Innenpool zum Schwimmen und noch einen Whirlpool. Schön fanden wir, dass angeblich ab 22:30 Uhr der Poolbereich nur für Erwachsene offen ist. Leider wurde das zwar kontrolliert, aber nicht umgesetzt. Somit war auch danach noch Ramba Zamba, an Ruhe nicht zu denken. Wobei, auch die Erwachsenen machten mit ihren Bluetoothboxen Party. Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, ausreichend groß und sauber. Schade fanden wir, dass es keine richtigen Gardinen hatten, es gab nur Vorhänge. Also entweder Präsentierteller oder stockfinster. Das Zimmer hatte eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe. Wlan und Parken waren gratis.

This was our last stop on our family vacation, and everyone loved it. Nice comfy beds, and clean rooms. The kids enjoyed a night in the pool when our plans got rained out. There are lots of choices for breakfast, but I would recommend having allergens posted by each item. Might seem silly, but we were grateful for the lounge carts!

I am giving this hotel two stars only because of the exorbitant rates. I a mean paying $419 for a room that overlooks the parking lot, is a lot of money. I don't care if it's Traverse City. The hotel is not by the water for instance and it is not 5-star either. I checked in early, by early I mean 1:00 pm. I just love when hotels want you to check in at 3:00 pm while check out is at 11:00 am sharp! Anyways, the lady at the reception found us a room. However, it turned out that it was not our original room but a room that was like a makeshift one--cleaned in a hurry. I say that because the sheets on one bed were dirty and there was hair on one of the pillows. The carpet was dusty and dirty. You can tell the room was not cleaned. We called down the receptionist and she was nice about it. She sent someone up and switched us to another room. That was not a good first impression experience but it got better afterwards. I was pleased with the breakfast buffet they have, which is better and inclusive than many hotels. The lobby is cozy and small and the staff members are friendly and polite.

The bad - Internet did not work at all in room. Tried three devices. Hotel management said that they had no record of me expressing my complaint. Dishonestly or Lack of communication is an issue. No room exchange given. The good - Great location, pool and breakfast were decent. Comfort level - the beds are a little on the firm level. We stayed here for Cherry festival,and found that the bus system is also great for getting around, and its a good central location for making this your base for exploring.

We purchased a 2 queen room for a week and we were capable of extending the stay for a little while longer. Rooms were clean, they provided us with the items we needed expeditiously. Beds were adequate and continental breakfasts were decent. Staff members were nice and courteous. Quiet as well. Sometimes they ran out of parking spots for us to park closer to our room and my child had two bad falls in the shower so keep an eye on the littles in the tub. We never did visit the pool but it was open 6a-10:30p for kids. Breakfast I believe was 6a-9a.

This hotel was not the best place we have stayed but also not the worst. Very small bathroom, no alarm clock in room and the toilet paper stand was rusted. The bathroom and room itself were clean, however, there were stains on the white comforters, which is disgusting. The furniture is nice and the pillows were very comfortable, which is unusual in most hotels.

This was a nice property with a large pool and hot tub. Front desk check in staff was very polite and entry area was very clean and inviting. Room was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Both the pool and hot tub were larger than expected with good temperature. The hotel does have a zero tolerance policy on food and beverage in the pool area as the have signs posted indicating that if one is caught with one of these items, the pool will be closed down for the remainder of the guests stay. Now, it wasn't quite clear if that was for all guests or just the offending guest but it did seem a little extreme. My wife was ready to bring in a cup of tea to enjoy by the pool but I had to let her know about their policy. Other than that, the hotel seemed really nice.
