Our wedding at the Majestic Hotel was truly a dream come true! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we knew we had made the right choice. The facilities were impeccable, the staff were incredibly accommodating, and the ambiance was simply breathtaking. Laura went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. Her attention to detail and dedication to making our day special were truly exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the day of the wedding, she was always there to answer our questions and provide guidance. The reception and dining was nothing short of spectacular. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fish and chips, seabass and the service was impeccable. The music kept everyone on their feet and dancing the night away. The garden area was a picturesque setting for our wedding photos, with stunning views of the beach and sea. The Majestic Hotel has everything you need to make your wedding day unforgettable. The beautiful dining area, the spacious dance floor, and the stunning surroundings all contribute to a truly magical experience. We cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone planning their special day. It is a truly majestic venue that will exceed your expectations in every way.

Had a client interview today in the Viking Hotel and was struck by the excellent customer service especially from KateLynn in the bar/ restaurant. Given she is only one week in the job (!) her attention to detail, kindness and professional support made everything easy and relaxed. She guided me to the quietest corner of the restaurant to do the interview, checked we had refreshments we needed, and provided customer service with a smile as I ordered lunch. It's a great hotel anyway but wanted especially to make this comment. Thank you. Pat

Große Lage in der Nähe des Restaurants direkt am Wasserfront und einen sehr kurzen Spaziergang zu allen interessanten Orten. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen und Trinken waren gut vom Restaurant und das Frühstück auch gut.

Schönes Hotel, großer Service und sehr zentrales, um alles zu genießen Waterford muss anbieten.. wird sicherlich in naher Zukunft wieder sein. Essen im Restaurant und Bar war von sehr hohem Standard und viele Mitarbeiter auf der Hand zu suchen..

Wir lieben dieses Hotel absolut. Sehr bequem für das Zentrum. Personal war wirklich hilfreich und freundlich. Frühstück war fantastisch. Schöne Pub unten. Mein einziger Beschwerde wäre, dass das Zimmer unerträglich warm war. Wir mussten das Fenster im Dezember aufstehen, um es abzukühlen. Nicht so gut für die Umwelt. Wir würden jedoch definitiv empfehlen und würden absolut wieder buchen.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Rezeption sehr nett. Das Essen in der Bar war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, eben ein typisches Hotelbuffet wo die warmen Speisen stundenlang herumstehen und kalt und hart werden. Geärgert haben wir uns, da die Zimmer nicht gemacht wurden- da das Schild -„please make up my room“ nicht extra an die Türe gehängt wurde. Wir sind schon sehr viel gereist und das haben wir noch nie gehört bzw. erlebt. Wenn das verlangt wird, dann sollte man die Gäste darauf hinweisen. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel aber wieder wählen.

Overall we enjoyed our two day stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We did experience a noise issue the first evening given a broken window, front street location and proximity to the bar. The hotel staff was very responsive, however, and moved us to a quieter room in the back of the hotel which we certainly appreciated. Visitors should note that parking is provided at the Aldi store a block away but that turned out not to be too much of an inconvenience.
