Crown Columbia Hotel, BW Premier Collection

This hotel is charming but the best part is the staff. My husband was sick and stayed behind to sleep off the effects of heat on a chronic illness while my son and I did what we were there for. The staff went above and beyond to make sure he had what he needed. What we all needed, actually. We have eternal gratitude for all the staff, particularly Adrian and Braydon. We will stay there again, and we will recommend this hotel highly to others.

We booked a room here for a one night stopover at the end of our vacation. Being familiar with the property many years ago we were very impressed at the extensive renovations that have been completed. The room we had was large, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed, and quiet at night. Also quiet and efficient air conditioning which due to the extreme heat was very much appreciated. Front desk employees were eager to please and make sure we felt welcome on arrival and departure. Though the property did not advertise a breakfast option they did provide guests coffee, fruit, and granola bars to grab and go if wanted. Great experience and highly recommended.

This hotel was a delightful surprise in Trail. Great location that offers you the ability to walk to everything in town. Fantastic selection of restaurants just minutes away. Nice to walk by the river and view the scenery. The room was beautiful, clean and bright. Comfortable furnishings offering a great sleep. Was nice to grab coffee,granola bar and fruit on my way out in the mornings. Very helpful staff.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Some of the family had a drink in the lounge and enjoyed it. There were a number of cafes and take away options within easy walking distance.

we came to trail,bc for a concert. jessica from best western columbia river hotel in trail, bc planned our stay. she reserved us a suite at the crown columbia hotel in trail,bc. this hotel is one of the most impressive we have stayed at. the hotel itself is immaculate. the furnishings and art(wonderful photographs of the columbia river) add much to the experience. the hotel staff is flawless. we had dinner at the columbia steakhouse in the best western columbia river hotel. the meal, ambience and staff at the restaurant added to the great experience we had overall. memorable is the best word for the crown columbia hotel and the columbia steakhouse

Rooms are modern and clean. Beds are great and the customer service is outstanding. We were upgraded to this hotel at no charge to us and very much appreciated the experience. Would stay here again without hesitation.
