This is the second time I have come to this hotel very convenient to go to the beach shopping and get to places you want to adventure, hotel staff were very good to us I had a lovely stay

The hotel is huge with pool but full of people and feels crowded, a lot of noise but it’s good for big family and señors people,not that cool for young people I guess ,overall the price is good

Hotel is what you pay for. We arrived on the first day after a long day of travelling and were rudely awoken at 1am by people jumping in and out of the pool which we overlooked and screaming/ shouting. My boyfriend went to reception to complain as pool supposedly shut at 7pm but they werent bothered and didnt stop them. The hotel then moved us to a beautiful room with its own rooftop terris which was stunning with amazing views so thanks to the hotel for that! Hotel has a lot of groups and so we were also awoken one morning at 5 by a group of people returning but 1 call to reception and they came and spoke to them. Food is good but some of it is quite odd/ not to my taste ie rabbit paella and lots of broths/ stews but always fresh pizza, chips, meat etc. snack times are amazing, always burgers, chips, salad, bread etc. drinks were good and coffee shop was also amazing but often long queues for this. Entertainment was pretty bad and started at 10pm so we didn’t stick around for this as we started our days quite early. Selling point for this hotel is location. 5 min walk to bus stop, 10 min walk to train station, 15 min walk to beach, beautiful shops 10 min away and for this reason we would probably return. Cleanliness- corridors could have probably benefited from a hoover but rooms spotless. Communal areas clean and pool area very clean. The hotel seems to attract rather rowdy people and large families/ groups which we aren’t used to. Some people were so drunk mid afternoon that they were asked to leave the pool which then caused a domestic infront of everyone and was embarrassing for the hotel im sure who probably didn’t want to be accused of not honouring all inclusive if they stopped serving them more alcohol. We got to the point at the end of the week where we wanted to go home for some quietness as some guests ruined some areas for the majority but the price point of the hotel means that attracting this is unavoidable and so that is probably on us. Hotel is in a lovely residential area and a 10 min walk to aqualand and the crocodile park which was handy. All in all hotel was good for the cost and was a great base for travelling up and down the coast as we did. Staff friendly on the most part but could see glimpses of resentment towards tourists which is common at the moment in spain apparently. Overall we would return for the right price as we know what to expect and location is great.

I absolutely adore this hotel. I first went last year in August with my mother and we had the absolute best time. Staff are friendly and eager to help resolve any issues you may have, the cleaners do a fantastic job and are also very friendly and polite. The hotel itself is stunning with brilliant entertainment and the food is lovely with lots of choice. When my mum and I arrived here last August it was very late as our flight was delayed, and the lovely member of staff at the snack bar ensured we had something to eat and drink despite the snack bar closing up which was very kind of him. The hotel is also in a prime location, close to the beach and shops etc. I was due to go back September 8th however I had my bag stolen from my car which contained my passport just a few days before I was due to fly out. I missed my flight, and after contacting the hotel in a huge panic as I had booked a non-refundable rate they could not have been more lovely and helpful. I spoke to a lady named Andrea who assured it would all be okay and she would move our dates over and I cried with relief. I am now due to fly September 24th after obtaining a new passport and I am so grateful. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Room was poor quality, basic furniture that was falling apart in places, mouldy bathroom, very poor running shower. Pool was clean but only inches of space between each other. Food was good but could be hotter. Had problems with noisy neighbour on several nights but no one available on reception to complain too.

This hotel was booked at short notice as an unplanned wedding anniversary getaway. Saw the reviews were mixed & not an obvious choice for a couple, but we were very happily surprised. To put things in perspective we’ve been travelling abroad for over 40 years and have been privileged enough to stay in some amazing hotels as well as some shockers. We’ve done the whole babies, kids, teenagers family holiday thing etc, but now can very much pick and choose where we go. This hotel is one we’d definitely return to. It had a great vibe and was probably 60% occupied by Spanish holiday makers which to me was a clear reflection of its very good standards. All the staff from receptionists, cleaners, bar and restaurant were helpful, friendly, smart and professional. Our room was a little dated but kept very clean and with fresh towels every day. We were on the 3rd floor (room 314) facing the pool which gave us a perfect view of the night time entertainment. Alternatively there was a night time bar/club which also had additional entertainment options. Food was plentiful and great in variety as well as quality. I cannot believe some reviews said there was a lack of choice as options were almost endless. Also there was literally no point from early morning up until midnight when food wasn’t available. Be it restaurant buffet or hot/cold snacks. Drinks too during meal times are unlimited and self service from pumps in the restaurant. Soft drinks, lager and 3 wine colours all very palatable. For us the unexpected golden nugget was the rooftop adults only sunbathing area. Bedecked in artificial turf it also had help yourself lager and beer taps. There were about 25 sun beds present but the most we ever saw occupied was 10. Probably as most guests wanted the pool and snacks to hand. There was also a shower up there, but being lazy - a toilet would have been a bonus rather than getting a lift to locate one. The rooftop area gave us a panoramic view of the pool area which was very busy at all times: occupied by families who were back and forth to the bar as well as happily snacking between allocated meal times. Sunbeds around the pool were at a premium due to the height of the hotel and the shadow it cast. Everyone wanted their sunbed to be located on a raised area covered in artificial turf or at the head of the pool next to the entertainment stage - as these areas caught the sun all day. (Just like we did on the rooftop!) However, sunbed allocation appeared fairly well ordered. They were all cleared away and stacked every evening and the area around the pool swept and cleaned. The stacked sunbeds were then chained off until 9am the following morning when staff made beds available on a first come first served basis. This prevented towels being placed on sunbeds and then abandoned by early risers. However, by 8:30am an orderly queue did form at the plastic chain to get a bed and take it to the best spot. I was not expecting to much as it was ja cheap 4 day break . I was pleasantly surprised by the front of the hotel and reception area . The lifts are so small and a few people got stuck on separate occasions with them breaking down . Are room was dated with very hard beds , I will add photos. The pool area is awful very crowded and not a pleasant place to be . The roof terrace is a little better but is never cleaned and was a bit smelly on occasions . The fake grass up there is very hot so be careful. The food was okay, nothing to write home about . What saves this hotel is the free bus to the lovely beach , there is also a free snack bar that has lovely food and drinks . The staff are very friendly and helpful . I would not stay here again It’s just not my cup of tea .

I want to try and make this review as factual as possible, with as much detail as possible, as this is largely what leads us to make a decision on where to book. Overall, this hotel is very good and we had a lovely time. However, I can understand why some people may not have had such a good experience. Room: The rooms are basic but have everything you need. They are incredibly clean, as is the entire hotel. The beds are comfy with 2 pillows available (big deal for me) and blankets if you need. The aircon is absolutely fantastic. The shower was good – it did flit between hot and cold occasionally and wasn’t the most powerful, but did what we needed it to do. There was a cold fridge that was handy and a safe to put passports in (2 euro 50 per day + 20 euro deposit). The lift goes up and down all night until about 1:30am and it does make a humming noise that could irritate some people. The toilet flush also makes quite a loud scary noise. Pool area: Again, the pool and surrounding are very clean. It is lovely and cool to get into, although quite small and crowded compared to the amount of people. Sunbed wars start at around 8am. The sunbeds are stacked so you have to take them and place them around the pool area, packed in very tight. It seems people queue more for the ideal space, rather than fear of not getting one. We went up on the raised area each time which was less crowded and more peaceful. If getting up early for a sunbed and being packed in quite tight is your idea of hell – this is not the hotel for you. Food: If you like meat and potato dinners, you will enjoy the food. Each night there are different meats on offer all cooked very well. There is an extensive salad choice and always pizza, pasta or paella option as well. Very occasionally there are wild card options that you haven’t seen before – this is a treat. It does feel very busy in the restaurant and I always felt like I was in someone’s way so made my choices quickly. Drinks were always accessible throughout the day and night and always cold. Overall we were really happy with the food – but then again we are very easily pleased and did not come expecting anything fancy. Stuff to do: This was probably the best part about the hotel. The staff are so friendly, work tirelessly and are always happy to help. In the day, there is a bus to the beach and sunbeds that cost 7 euro per person for the day (very comfy) or you can just sit on the sand. The beach bar is just across the street where you can help yourself to drinks all day and they do a nice range of food for lunch included in the all-inclusive. The only thing to watch out for is the bus back as it gets very busy and people were left behind – more bus times back would be a good fix. Pepe’s is the place to be, with lots of different entertainment including singers and shows. It has 2x pool tables and a dart board that cost 1 or 2 euro to play. All of the entertainment is pretty good, the team make it and are full of energy.
