Excellent breakfast.

Great breakfast Excellent location Service wasn't so good... maybe because they were understaffed due today national holiday weekend, but they needed more front desk and housekeeping workers on this busy weekend Would definitely stay there again

From the first meeting in the reseption and to the final goodbye, the overall feelig was friendly and professional. The location near the fjord and at the same time close to the city center, made this a great place to stay on a friday in february.

The music was so loud that it shook my room slightly. The staff managed to move us to a room on the opposite side of the hotel but if they had been sold out there would have been no way I could have slept through that even with earplugs. Because of that I can't recommend this or any other lodging in the near area. As for the hotel itself the front desk staff were polite and very helpful however housekeeping didn't clean my room or even bring towels. We did not have a do not disturb sign on the door and we were gone all day. Both rooms were clean when we checked in though with the exception of something spilled on the carpet in the first one. Breakfast was great! There was a large selection of items and it was kept very clean and well stocked. The breakfast staff was very attentive.A++ for the breakfast. As for the rooms themselves they were decent though a few areas need improvement. For one they were missing basic amenties such as a coffee pot clock, and phone. Also the pillows and mattress were quite uncomfortable. The latter was only a thin pad placed on the box spring.

Great location on the brygge, very comfortable and our room was plenty spacioius with 2 beds, a good size bathroom, and room to move around (1 adult, 2 teens). Check in and check out were easy and the staff at the reception was quite friendly and helpful with information about the hotel and also where to charge our electric vehicle. They do have two charging spots in their garage, but there is also a public lot a few blocks away with many more charging stations. The breakfast was great - a huge selection and all very good. Water pressure is very good and no problems with adequate hot water in the room. The lobby is nice and can be accessed from the brygge or the street. We stayed in the main building, but if you are in the annex building, it is just steps from the main building. Our only issue was the noise coming from a restaurant/bar along the brygge late at night - maybe if you can request a room on the other side that wouldn't be an issue.

Nice hotel.... amazing location, surrounded with great restaurants......older part of building has a slower internet connectivity.... Nice breakfast with attentive staff.... smooth check in and check out.... Parking is located underneath hotel.

Pleasant staff and very good service. Good facilities and good breakfast, however got food poisoning occurred on the last day. Cleaning has an improvement potential. The room needs maintenance and repairs, as much was broken and damaged due to wear and tear etc.

This hotel has a Great location and I was looking forward to staying The weekend. We had a suite but This hotel is very strickt at checkin times and we waited In The lobby until 3pm and it was packed With people when it got close to checkin time. We got to The front desk and at This time they told us that our room was not ready yet and had no idea when it was ready. At 3:45 we checked In With The front desk for The 3rd time and they called houekeeping. Shorty after we where finally avle to check In. I Also want to add that the room was preepaid but the woman in the front desk said it wasnt and put a hold on my card but This was later corrected by Another employee. The suite was ok, as The rest of The hotel it could need Some renovation. The main thing for us was that there was no curtain between the bedroom part and the livingroom part so the light made it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Also details like the curtains falling off the hooks, stains on the sofa and leftover confetti laying around pulled the impression down on a room that had potential to feel great. We desided to try the restaurant and I was not impressed. We both love mussels and wanted to try it. It was the worst I have ever tried. Absolutally no taste and noone Even came over to Ask how the food was. The glass of vine was to say it nicely an underpour. Luckily there are several Great restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is way drags up my score, the staff was nice and the food was good. There was a lot of tables so it did not feel crowded Even In peak breakfast time. So that is a department that deserves praise. Some of the front desk staff was Great and professional but one of them was a bit rude when she talked to us. We tried to contact them for a late check out but the woman told us no, even tho we tried to explain to her This was An included members benefit at our level so we had to Call customer service and then talk to another nice man at the front desk later that day who admitted they didnt know This. All in all The bed was Great and so was the view but the the rom var a bit dirty and the whole experience was dissapointing stay for us.

Worst stay at a hotel i ever had, my room was literally next to a concert in a room without isolation. It was so loud in the room that it was, impossible to sleep/rest or even just be in the room. The hotel should atleast have the decency to give a heads up.
