Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix West/Tolleson

“Continental breakfast” was meh

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Tolleson, AZ and all I can say is...SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!! Upon arrival, the front desk staff (Vanessa) was beyond rude and not helpful. Vanessa had an attitude and it was clear that she did not want to help me - a paying customer & Bon Boy loyal member. When I wanted to escalate the issue, that's when the GM, Nicholas Valenzuela, stepped in and he was rotten. He blamed me the customer for the issue and would not help me. He was beyond RUDE and even blamed his front desk staff as being incompetent to do anything for him. I honestly cannot believe he was even given the position of GM based on his attitude - he is not meant to be in the hospitality industry. Overall the rooms were just ok - there were crumbs left on the desk in the room, pillow cases were not all the way on the pillows. Spiderwebs were in the corners of the room. Save yourself and stay somewhere else!!!!

The hotel is clean, breakfast offerings were exactly as expected, and the staff is great. Vanessa at the front desk quickly answered the chat and helped make sure my requests were handled in a timely manner. The operation of this Fairfield exemplifies the quality customer service I expect from the Marriott brand.

Came back to this property during the busiest time (SUPERBOWL). Even though their was so much going on, nothing at the property felt rushed. No one was in a sour mood. Staff was still super friendly, breakfast was great as always. Room and property were clean and inviting. This is why I come back!! These people know service. Plus the free breakfast that beats their neighbor "The Courtyard" doesn't hurt. There are new faces from last time I stayed, but they treated me like they already knew me the second I walked in. Same with the staff I brought with me. I will stay whenever I need to come to the area, and will review every time my stay is flawless as they deserve all the credit! Mr. Drinkwater and the front desk staff were super friendly the entire visit, as well as the breakfast man, Romaro(?). Next time I'll learn the names and give everybody their due credit. Fantastic Stay.

I Normally stay at a different location also Marriott , we enjoy the other location because the staff is amazing. Well amazing seems to travel, as my venue kept me closer to Tolleson. The General manager Mr. Valenzuela himself from the other location was there. I mean this guys customer service is beyond reproach. He knows our names and greeted us so joyfully and welcomed us in. We had an amazing time loved our stay there the staff was incredible and the food was fantastic. Rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were very comfortable. Definitely visiting this place again.

This is a clean and nice hotel.the staff is friendly. Don't expect breakfast to be at 6am, you'll be lucky if it starts by 6:45. Don't mention this to the male night time clerk, he got upset and rude with me when I ask about breakfast. It's not likely I'll come back here. Who wants to be insulted by the staff when you ask a legitimate question.

Check in was fast with the friendly staff. Suite was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Thank you I will stay here again:)

Muy limpio, el personal super atento y amable en todo momento, areas publicas siempre están bastante limpias y el desayuno muy rico todo igualmente se ve que todo lleva un buen proceso, limpio y de calidad. estacionamiento amplio y muy buena ubicación ya que hay de todo cerca.

Este hotel me encanta , desde que llegas el personal te atiende amablemente, los cuartos muy limpios ( camas, sábanas, toallas y el baño excelente.) La alberca y áreas en común muy agradables y el desayuno excelente. Todo queda super accesible.
