My stay at the resort was truly wonderful, and the views of Lake Superior are absolutely unmatched. I brought my family here when my son was six months old, and we returned this year from November 1st to November 4th. Now that he's three, I’d love to continue making this a family tradition. However, I’ve been disappointed by the after-service experience. I reached out via email, phone, and messages to ask for assistance in locating my son’s blue Moncler winter jacket, but unfortunately, my experience has not been as pleasant as I had hoped. When I spoke to Memet, he seemed quite annoyed that I was following up on the matter. I know for a fact that I left the jacket in the bedroom closet of unit 27, and while Memet mentioned he searched both the room and the lost and found, he was unable to find it. While I understand that things can sometimes go missing, I had hoped for more compassion in resolving the issue. I do feel there could be better communication with housekeeping to track down the jacket, but it seems this is lacking. With winter approaching, this jacket holds both sentimental value and is a special gift, making it all the more important to me. I also tried reaching out to the front desk management for further assistance but have not received a call back. Instead, Memet called me again and, once again, seemed frustrated, saying he could not locate the jacket. I really want to continue this tradition with my family, but based on the experience I’ve had with seeking help, I’m uncertain. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, and that future guests may experience more empathy and better service when dealing with similar issues. I do recommend staying here, but I advise being extra careful not to leave anything behind, as the after-service in addressing lost items can be challenging. Unfortunately, I'm currently dealing with this issue myself
