Absolute gem in Todos Santos! Stayed here for just one night and wish I could've stayed longer. Desierto Azul has such a tranquilo vibe — it's the kind of place that instantly melts the travel stress away. The property feels intimate and personal, not like a cookie-cutter hotel. The on-site bakery is a delightful bonus (treat yourself!), Santiago and the staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic spot to experience Todos Santos, this is it. Highly recommend!

If you are a fan light jazz playing softly from 8am to 8pm and are into a 'detox' holiday with gluten free baked goods, healthy juices and snacks - then this is your place. The rooms are a bit spartan but very well appointed and the staff are incredibly helpful. The pool is divine - especially in the evening after the sun has set and one can float and star gaze. For me the the real treat is that the hotel is a short 8 minute walk or 3 minute drive down a rather rough road to the beach where the turutle release program operates.

Amazing place, attentive and friendly staff. Excellent margaritas and guacamole. I don’t know how much association the hotel has with the bistro next door but the coffee is good but the food is not

Desierto Azul is perfect and will be a go to for future visits. We loved the location as we could walk to the beach, go on runs, short drive to restaurants and town, and onsite bakery (especially as a vegetarian) was such a bonus. All staff was genuine and helpful and natural surroundings mixed with modern design made for a beautiful place to stay. We did not want to leave

Desierto Azul is a boutique four room hotel. Your stay comes with a very nice breakfast in a wonderful café setting, and the food is both delicious and beautiful. The rooms are nice, and the staff worked hard to make the experience a good one. We were able to borrow beach towels and an umbrella each day, which was very helpful. A rental car, preferably one with high suspension, is essential since the hotel is a couple miles outside of town. We did have a couple of issues: We could not figure out how to get the hot water to work, and it took a day for the staff to help us figure it out. And the cleaning staff did not make up our room on one of the five days that we were there. My suggestion would be to stay here for a maximum of two or three nights. Maximiliano Uranga was a wonderful guide to the local art scene, highly recommended.

An absolute jewel of a place- sophisticated design, excellent staff, and a fabulous bakery for health conscious travelers. Gorgeous landscaping, beautiful views of the mountains and conveniently located just 8-9 minutes from downtown, so it is peacefully quiet too. The manager was also of great assistance and extremely welcoming and generous with his time. This would be an epic place to host an event for a small gathering. Cannot wait to come back!
