I recently stayed at kvp residency in tirupati and had a wonderful experience. The property is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that are perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff at kvp residency were extremely courteous and always ready to assist with any requests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to our visit. But lift can be better it has manually operated door which is uncomfortable. Overall, i highly recommend kvp residency for anyone visiting tirupati. It offers great value for money with its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

good environment, easy access to busstand and railway station which are very nearby, and the staff are very well mannered and helpful The food provided by the hotel is very good, the location is very accessible to railway station and bus stand the working staff also taken good care of me and provided all the details about my trip

Das Eigentum ist an der Spitze. Wir können von diesem Eigentum überall mit öffentlichen und privaten Fahrzeugen reisen. Aber etwas Wartung ist in einigen Fällen erforderlich.

Location 1. Prime central location, you can walk to bus stand to get bus for tirupati. 2. Many food joints available. 3. Railway station 10 min taxi drive hygiene 1. Not bad but not that good that you admire. 2. Basic rooms safety 1. Good

Staff are well cop-orate and neat & clean well behavior comfort that during staying hotel thank you. No thanks. Ok

Had good experience there, the manager was kind enough and gave enough info about the surroundings and whatever we needed there. As the language was the barrier he tried best to communicate with us in hindi too. Coming to hotel rooms, the room was neat and tidy, it was sufficient was us.

as per the price room was not upto the mark, costly bit as per the room. room was not clean , bedsheets were also not cleaned. ac remote was not working and it was at 19 °c always so we couldn't change the temperature. room was so chilled so we have to off the ac, though we have taken ac room but it was no use for us.washroom handshower was not proper, water leakage. room number was 402 for your reference.

The rooms are a bit dark without proper ventilation. There's no hot water facility within rooms. One has to fill it from outside in a bucket. Services of the staff is pathetic. They neither comes even if we call them regarding any issues. Bathroom was pathetic and leaking taps. Drinking water has to be collected from the reception in the ground floor by the customer himself. They asked extra money more than quoted

Bed rugs cleanliness needs to be improved. Cost levied is really high pricing it should be near to reality. It's adjustable to stay here.
