Could not check in this hotel due to upset stomach, initiated an appeal to cancel ， trip.com informed me their supplier and hotel have not responded and their representatives called me and asked me proof of upset stomach, not everyone needs a doctor certificate to prove upset stomach. It is well known that since I did not check into this hotel , neither hotel called me or mailed me, the phone number of the hotel does not work as I tried to call them. Trip.com representative told me hotel reserved a room , there was no room number or even a email from hotel, it means they gave room to some of,trip.com made free 600 RmB with no service. I am too far to spit on their moth eaten faces

Pros:
good location. Next to super market. Close proximity to good dining places, allipiri. Cons
lopsided maintennance. They could not get my room ready till 8-30 pm as the fridge in my room was broken. The new fridge is also broken, spoiling medicines. Wifi was dysfunctional. Tv remote does not work. Toilet seats broken. Found fruit flies and insects on breakfast salad. Staff in one shift is quick. The other one was oblivious. Wifi worked in the lobby. Never in the room. Housekeeping is soso. For everything they say hotel is in removation.

Staff are good, but the hotel looks old and worn out. Towels were old and edges frayed, bathroom was barely clean. Dusty floors and rooms.

The rooms not maintained properly, the bathroom door was not closing fully, cockroach in bathroom, the shower plug was not working. For a 2000+ rupees room these should have been fixed

Room is okay and food is good in south indian. But the breakfast is terrible, not good at all. Very limited options. They don't have dosa. Don't have omlette

Rooms and bathroom was not very clean. There was no hand towel in bathroom and the towels were looking very old and dirty. Bathroom fittings had leakage. Room had very foul smell. Room was not made up and even plates weren’t removed from room the next day. Even though we had paid for 2 nites we checked out after one nit
