The apartments were ideal for door to door skiing - could literally ski from just outside. Apartment was basic but quite spacious with a nice kitchenette that came with a dish washer. Walls were a bit thin, but no real noice from any other apartments. 2 mins walk to the main hotel with really friendly staff - very helpful and the friendly Portuguese receptionist was great. Nice views and a central location, not far from the main square in Tignes and InterSport for ski hire. Was great for just 2 adults sharing a bedroom each. Would go again.

A nicely located hotel with very helpful reception staff and a pleasent lobby and bar area after an apres ski drink. The hotel's restaurants were lovely and efficient. I was a little disappointed by the outdated decor in our apartment compared to newer accommodation. A lack lights ( really low lighting in sitting area and bedrooms) and 90s grunge coloured wall colour gave the apartment a slightly gloomy air.

This Hotel is awful and I would recommend that everyone reading review this finds accommodation elsewhere. They overcharged me on my bill and when I raised this with the receptionist, she accepted that I had been over charged. The receptionist was unable to process a refund and said that I had to send an email to the manager who would arrange a refund. They then ignored my emails before closing for the season. Then when they reopened, they refused to provide a refund. This is not the behavior you would expect from a high-end hotel. I would encourage everyone to check their bills thoroughly, as this hotel overcharges customers and then refuses to make refunds!

Cosy apartment in good location& friendly staff Apartment a lot smaller than expected & a little tired. Spa wellness centre was not worth the extra €25, it was disappointing with showers out of order and pool that needed cleaning.

Stayed in the 'Apartment 3 bedrooms + Cabin + Sauna'. Was much more spacious than ski accommodation we have stayed in before. No beds in the shared living area which is unusual for this price range. Enough space for us all to sit down for drink in the evening and kitchen is big enough to cook and eat together. Decent sized fridge, freezer, and a real oven (again - many ski apartments don't provide that). Says 3 bed rooms, but there were 4. The sauna is a real sauna and good quality. It is inside the apartment in a room upstairs (see photos). Many of the reviews say the decor is dated or that the lifts did not work. I can only assume it has been renovated as our apartment was in good condition and nothing looked old. Equally the lift seemed fairly new. It is not ski-out (very short walk to slopes). It is ski-in in theory, but you would need to take a specific route back to do that. We never managed that as it is not a major route. However, we were in a 'cabin', which was in a different building to the main accommodation, so perhaps the main building (which contained the smaller apartments) was ski-in/out We were all very pleased and would recommend this accommodation as great for the price (cheapest if you book direct from their website).

Very good spacious accommodation,very comfortable beds and great views but needs some modernisation and more thorough cleaning. Skiing in Tignes and Val d’Isere fantastic!
