Diners can enjoy both Chinese and Western cuisine at the on-site restaurants. Meeting rooms and a business center are provided for those traveling on business. For recreation, guests can go shopping at the on-site store, enjoy a drink at the bar, work out at the gym or play tennis.

位於天水麥積山麓的蘭州飯店天水和諧園，羣山環繞、開闊通透、芳草萋萋、古樹成蔭、小橋流水、樓台亭角一應俱全，既有大西北的涼爽，又有江南園林的俊秀，是難得的避暑度假之處。酒店設計大氣典雅，環境之美不可多得；從前台接待及客房服務到餐飲，工作人員都很認真敬業，服務到位；房間設施雖有些陳舊，但並不影響使用，加之遠離城市的喧囂，空氣清新，有利於睡眠，確實是比較理想的避暑休閑度假的好地方。我們原計劃在天水衹呆個兩三天，實在是該酒店的環境太好了，結果住了一週還不捨離開…若他日外出避暑，這裏仍是我們比較心怡的地方。
