Great customer service.

The room had no soap, no extra roll of toilet paper beyond one on the dispenser, no trash cans except one umbrella stand with no plastic lining, and short hairs in the sink. When our cards didn’t work the second night the man asked what room number to reload it in front of a couple of men waiting there (we’re two women traveling alone, one being only 16) without asking for name or ID and repeating the number loud enough for all to hear. We didn’t sleep well at all both nights because of a fire alarm, a man trying to get into our room twice one night, and our phone ringing the other night. Plus people next to us we’re moving in loudly at 2AM? My daughter slept in my bed she was so scared. Nice enough location because of restaurants near by.
