Er hatte eine sehr Erfahrung, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, das zentral in der Stadtzentrum gelegen ist. Herr Thilak GM war sehr freundlich genug, mir die besten Preise anzubieten. Sie haben eine gemütliche Bar mit guten Auswahl an Getränken. Das servierte Essen ist sehr schmackvoll. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Insgesamt eine sehr zufriedenstellende Aufenthaltserfahrung.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

Great for a business stay The rooms are clean and has all the required facilities. The staff were very helpful. Most importantly the rooftop ambience was awesome and the food was also great. Really nice place in the centre of the city and quite accessible by road.I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.Happy to recommend this for business travelers as well as for families.

Meine Erfahrung im Beira Hotel und Suites in Trivandrum war weit von zufriedenstellender. Der Check-out war unglaublich lethargisch, und der Lebensmittel-***ager-Service war subpar, so weit wie er einen anderen Kunden zwingt, für seine Fehler zu bezahlen. Erstaunlich, während sie während der Abfertigung keinen Kunden belasteten, wurde mein Rechnung unfair geändert. Die Unannehmlichkeiten verschärften sich, als das Restaurant ***ager schlimmeres Verhalten zeigte, schüttelte und bedrohte mich, dass ich Malayali nicht kennen. Um die Dinge noch schlimmer zu machen, änderte er die Zimmernummer in der Rechnung absichtlich, und schockierend, das Hotel ***ager bezeugte und akzeptierte es. Das Hotel ***ager drängte das Empfangs Mädchen, einen Betrag aus ihrem Konto abzuziehen, und ließ mich letztendlich in einer Situation, in der ich keine andere Wahl hatte, als zu zahlen. Insgesamt ist ein völlig enttäuschender Aufenthalt gekennzeichnet durch schlechte Service, unfair Praktiken und unerfreuliche Begegnungen.
