"1. They won’t give you early check ins. I came at 11 am and they were bout in rejecting a room before 1pm. (while few were checking out) 2. Do not take rooms below a restaurant or any other banquet halls, it quite disturbing at night as they drag furnitures and u can’t sleep and the sounds didn’t stop despite informing the reception."

"The stay at ginger was excellent and supporting staff were polite, interacted and helpful in guiding me through timely responsive action for attending the workshop nearby, though i reached late night there were no delay in allotment of room, which are near, hygienic and well maintained. The breakfast, dinner served is good, authentic, traditional and affordable. Especially, the manager abhilash sir is knowledgeable, positive response, patience enough and good guiding manager to the guests. So, i sincerely recommend ginger trivandrum for families and everyone for their stay."

"The staff was really nice and welcoming. They also allowed a 2 hours early check-in when i reached since they had the room available. I also had the opportunity to get their full body ayurvedic oil massage which was really great and comforting."

GGastnutzerDas Hotel und das freundliche Personal sind eine wunderbare und erstaunliche Erfahrung. Ich und mein Mann haben vom 07. Juni bis 11. Juni 2024 eingereist. Von der Eincheckung bis zum Auschecken , wir wurden von der erstaunlichen Personal voll und ganz versorgt.
Afsal ist ein wunderschönes Personal, Wittchen, Chatten und kümmert sich um Devika (meine Lieblingsschönheit Kutty) und Amuritha - sie haben wirklich um unsere Nahrung gesorgt und vegetarisch - sie bieten die Wahlen für das vegetarische Nahrung.
Chef Arun ist eine fantastische und betreuende Person. Er hat unsere Geschichte zugehört und Da mein Mann gerade die 24 Tage oder Ayruveda Behandlung abgeschlossen hat, muss er kontinuierlich seine Medikamente und Kashyam, die für eine Zeit zu brüten müssen. Chef Aurn kümmerte sich um das und auch Mahesh hat das auch geregelt und schickt es in unser Zimmer. Aufgrund der Initiative von Chef Aurn hat mein Hubby seine Medikamente ohne Scheitern fortgesetzt. Alle von ihnen sind Gastgeber und haben uns wirklich zu Hause fühlen lassen.
Der Zimmerservice ist fantastisch, von der Bereitstellung von Wasser und der Ersetzung des Spülsafes. Die 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (Ich kann mich seinen Namen nicht erinnern, aber er ist schlank und hatte gekurbelte Haare und sehr angenehme Persönlichkeit) ist fantastisch und hat unsere Bedürfnisse gepflegt.
Mein Mann fühlte sich in Wunderland und als Jeanne in der Lampe, bitten Sie um etwas und Ihre Bedürfnisse sind erfüllt. Sie sind sehr rechtzeitig und erfüllen.
Schließlich möchte ich die Führung des Hilton Garden zu der feinen Erholung Ihres Teams und Ihres Personals und zu der Verbesserung des Kundenservices auf die Kundenexzellenz gratulieren.
Ich wünsche allen, einschließlich der Front-Angestellten, der Sicherheit und der Wächter, die besten Wünsche und glücklich in diesem fantastischen Kundenorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten.

GGuest UserThe Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight
Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.
Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.
Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

GGavinAngOverall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time.
Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard.
Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc.
Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu.
Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

SShijin S ShajiThis hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

The food is great and reasonably priced. They give the best of what they have though it may be limited in choices of menu. A good choice for budget hotel.

GGastnutzerI booked a sea view room, although it is sea facing room but the view is blocked because of trees but 4th floor has little sea view. Staff is really helpful, polite and provide service 24hr. There's no lunch and dinner at this place but there are lot of options nearby and outside food is allowed inside.
