The location is good. The food we ordered for dinner was also good. But the stay was not at all comfortable. The lift was nkt working. They provided a very cheap spring mattress. The extra bed that was provided was very pathetic. We couldn't sleep properly and had body pain because of this. When we tried to raise a complaint to the manager on the next, he was not even interested in hearing us out. The breakfast was just normal. We booked a suite room, but it was not worth the rate and doesn't meet the standards of even a 3-star hotel.

I had an incredible stay at here. The staff was friendly, the rooms were good and the amenities like the pool and food courts. The grade n front and back location made it perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to come back.

This is not a very nice property. It's inside a flim and media tech park. First of all whil entering the property there is no one at the entrance to assist the parking or greet you at entrance not take your luggage. Coming to the rooms, they are very mediocre. The beds were sqeeky. I could feel the spring push against my back. The toilet door wasn't closing and the lock was jammed. The worst part of all was when i went for the breakfast. The has like 3-4 dishes. The food was very bad. I found bread which has moulds on it.

Nice property, good rooms, even all staff are very polite and friendly. Service is nice. Best property in to the budget.

One of the best Resorts in Trivandrum. Nice ambiance, Excellent food and great service offered in all the areas of this wonderful property. Good for family functions and day outs. Staffs are really helpful. Rooms are really cozy. Overall a best option if you are in Trivandrum.
