Sandy Cove Apartments

Group of 8 - 2&3 bedroom apartments booked. One room 48 magnificent. Room 35 absolutely crap! First of all you can’t find this apartment as it sits on its own right next to the garbage room. No signage or instructions on how to find it. Lots of stairs to get in & then loads of stairs internally too. One bedroom was a dungeon with no windows. All bedrooms tiny. Why they put 2 groups of friends in complete opposite ends of the apartments just shows lack of planning. TV did not work & Wi-Fi did not work unless u were near it. I could go on but basically never staying here again.

We stayed in apartment 14 for our family trip. The apartment was spotless and furnished with everything you need, and more. The coffee machine and BBQ on the balcony were a welcome bonus! With such a short stroll to the town centre and beach, it was the perfect location for our stay. The kids also loved the pool and spa area. Booking was extremely easy and the overall service was excellent. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you!

Sandy Cove is a well positioned block close to the centre of The Entrance. We were on the 6th floor with a beautiful ocean view. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The area offers lots of good walking paths beside lakes and beaches. The only problem is that the office is not always easy to contact for bookings enquires etc.

Before I even arrived they called me to tell me they would not be available during check in times and I had to arrive early. On arrival the manager was very rude to me and told me I could just leave instead of staying if I wanted to after I had paid in full for a 5 night stay. The place is completely outdated, the excess noise and smells are horrible. I had to buy a scented candle for my stay. You are made to clean the entire apartment including dishes and empty all bins before leaving or are charged extra however this is not shown in their terms on their website or communicated to you prior to arrival. The man in reception is so incredibly rude, when I went to put in a complaint at check out, he completely dismissed me, refused to take my complaint, cut me off and rudely yelled over me saying “have a nice day” before telling me to leave. I messaged several times in regards to my complaints and the messages where completely ignored. I have given the business multiple opportunities to even acknowledge several genuine issues with the apartments and services they provide but they have just completely ignored me. The place will never improve as they do not accept any complaints or feedback. As soon as you have paid, they no longer care.
